The store is stocked with Christmas merchandise now, many new items are on the shelves, it is always good to be on their email list to get some coupons from time to time.Some of the seasonal items are expensive but they go on sale after a while.

I visited two Michaels stores on that day. They were far different in terms of staff and supply quantity.Most shelves had no price tag or were empty.The cashier, a young man, was so tired and not interested to talk at all.My 4 years old daughter got a toy in her hand and when I told him we were not buying it, he said please ensure next time she doesn't take it if you don't plan to buy" I found it so discouraging to speak with a customer like that."

Poor service N' over oriced.Came here with a friend to do custom framing for 5 pcs. of art. Price was extanomical dlb/triple the price for waiting 2 weeks. I ended up going to a mom/pop shop and paid less by $140 ea. and got my custom picked up NEXT DAY! SRSLY if Michael's is chrging me $$$ I expect faster service, wouldn't U?Then checking out w/three small items waiting in line for 10min (1 cashier) then cashier #2 rtnd gestured me to her then walks away to help the other cashier... I was ok with that. But then she spent more time there then cashing me out! like bro??? Where's my service? Poor service!

This Michaels location is much bigger here, it got a lots of varieties and good crafts products. Walking through the store is a bit overwhelming how it is displayed as all the stuff in the same category is not in the same place, you got to walk around to see everything. The clearance section is chaotic, I wish they took care about displaying it correctly, you cannot go through the stuff on sale as they will keep falling, it make it difficult to find great deal like this. The best little surprise is in a corner at the back of the store where there are products which are 80% off. This store is nice but there need reorganizing and make sure things are in order. Previous Michaels had goody bags at discounted price which are the best deals. Always go when a holiday is over, as they got super deals. I would recommend this store but you must keep your eyes open for deals if you are frugal like me.

It's like heaven for me when I saw all the craft supplies. They also have a lot of adorable Christmas decorations.

This location is hit or miss. It’s good if you know precisely what you’re going in for and where to locate it but you might not always find it in stock. Staff don’t always answer phones at this location so calling ahead doesn’t particularly work either.Location wise it is convenient, and has lots of parking available. Also very well organized and merchandiser does a great job of making products easy to locate.

We went in today with a couple of prints we wanted to put in frames. We picked out two great frames and brought them to Susan, who works in the framing department. Susan went above and beyond to help us. We intended to put the prints in the frames ourselves but had issues having them fit right. Susan was able to suggest a fix and helped us install the prints perfectly to fit. We really appreciate the help and dedication to customer service that we received from Susan. Thank you so much.

1 of the cashiers here is rude and needs retraining. She asked me if I knew I was buying Pride flowers, really emphasizing the word PRIDE multiple times as if it was wrong. She tried to make me feel really uncomfortable and asked me if I knew they were Pride flowers 4-5 times. She needs to mind her own business.

One of the people at this store told me I was in there for a few hours, as if she was pressuring me to leave and needed to owe her an explanation, which was really rude. Maybe mind your business? Pretty good selection of materials otherwise.
