So it was -31 last night and my furnace stopped. I called the Francis Fuels Emergency line about 0500 when I realized that the house was very cold. A service Tech called me about an hour later while on his way. He fixed the problem and was gone by 0700.Absolutely Outstanding!

I called regarding an air conditioning unit that was installed by them 9 months ago. The warranty is a year, but I was told does not apply to anyone but the original buyer, so any servicing must be paid in full. They have conceded to come for a diagnosis for free, but repairs will not be covered. This is a inadequate level of service for a unit that they have supplied and installed 9 months ago. You can do better, Francis Fuels.

Graham was the furnace technician that came to my home to perform my furnace maintenance check under my Protection Plan. As soon as he entered he put on his mask following my lead, his protective boot covers and he checked my thermostat and told me I should change my batteries. Already on top of everything! I went downstairs after a little while wondering if everything was okay, and it was obvious his longer time was because he was doing an exceptionally through job of checking every little area of my furnace. I have not had a more thorough technician! My service order invoice was so complete and checked off in every category. He took the time to answer my questions about the furnace and his answers were very easy to understand. He obviously was an extremely knowledgeable technician and took great pride in his work for himself and Francis Fuels. He gave me valuable information about my furnace for future use and care. He asked about my air conditioning unit and reminded me about getting it checked as it is under the warranty. He was not pushy at all. A big thank you to Graham who made this homeowner feel that everything was performed to perfection. I would not hesitate to ask for Graham again. He is a true professional and sets the bar high for other technicians. A true ambassador for Francis Fuels! Thanks Graham for your great work!

Francis Fuels is simply the best! 3 years ago I purchased a new gas furnace from them. The installer was outstanding and the job exceeded my expectations. Yesterday we discovered our rental water heater had started to leak, so I reached out to a few suppliers for quotes. Francis Fuels replied quickly with the superior proposal and we closed the deal by 5pm the same day. Now I sit here at 10:30am the next morning while they install the new water heater!!! Amazing responsiveness, courteous and professional staff, all at a great price. Rarely am I so delighted.

I receive oil deliveries and yearly maintenance for my furnace. I greatly enjoy their service and everyone is very friendly and kind. After my parents saw their service they also chose to go with Francis feuls too.Francis fuels was able to answer all my questions and even let me know how to use the furnace (I had never had a furnace before).

My gas metre was going to be replaced by another company just due to its age but when he got here, he noticed one of the pipes from the house was bulging and told me I needed to call my furnace company. I called right away, and their office spoke to this technician. It was determined that somebody needed to come out right away as a two day flag would be placed on the meter.Within hours they had somebody come out but he was unable to do the repair as an installer would have to do the repair. The next morning in -30 something degree weather 8 AM two gentleman arrived at my door to replace the pipe from the gas metre that went into the house. They were professional, they were efficient, they were friendly even in the conditions they were working in. Finished in about 2hrs. I can’t say thank you enough for taking care of it so quickly and not leaving us in the cold on such brutal days and nights..

I just had a new Napoleon gas furnace installed and a new hot water tank provided and installed by Francis Fuels and they exceeded my expectations. A++ service from the beginning from Matthew the sales consultant to Derek and Mark who completed the installation. Matt even called me to tell me about a thermostat I was looking for was on sale at Costco. Derek and Mark reworked all the gas lines, added shut off valves to all my gas lines and added labels to identify each appliance, re-ran the exhaust pipes so it was all a lot more tidy and took up a lot less space. Thank you very much and I feel like a genius for hiring this company. PM.

I'm very upset. The new furnace has a flaw & at 3 years of age I now have to start replacing parts due to a design flaw. If Francis sold a furnace with a design flaw they should repair it or replace it free of charge. They do not. Plus the company does not have accessible protocol in place for the blind. I feel I was used & taken advantage of. Francis sold me defective junk.
