Cinfam Mobile Upholstery

I purchased a recliner from Leon's Furniture. I called them to ask for the name of a service company that would look at my recliner. They gave me the name of Cinfam - Ettore. I called Ettore. He said he was on the road and would get back to me. I called the next day thinking I possibly missed his call. He had to check his planner and would get back to me. I called on Friday. He promised he would get back to me by 4:00 p.m. On Monday I called. He apologized for not calling me back and admitted he forgot but that he would call me right back. I don't know what his quality of work is like but I can advise that his customer service is severely lacking. I run a business and if I treated customers like Ettore has, I wouldn't have a business to run. There are a lot of upholstery companies out there. Check them out. Stay away from Cinfam Mobile Upholstery.I called another upholster yesterday who said they would call me back today, they did and the appointment has been scheduled. Like a say, don't bother with Cinfam.I've never written a review, never wanted to take the time. I made the time to write this review. Just awful.

Was fantastic! Gave me a quote, did the work, cost what he said it would and it was done perfectly. Completely exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for Upholstery or furniture repair.

ONCE BIT TWICE SHYThe work was fine , though it was three times as long as quoted. I have now given up on Ettore returning everything of mine that was to be upholstered and is already paid for. The last item yet to be received , Ettore confirmed was completed weeks ago. I have left phone messages offering to pick up outside his house and even a note on his door. We have a large sectional couch that we couldn’t fit down the stairs of our new house. Ettore was quick to book. He came to our home, took the couch apart helped to move it into the basement, and put it back together seamlessly. This saved us hundreds of dollars from having to sell or buy another one- or me using a handsaw and duct taping it back together. Thank you for your service!

Ettore is a very nice man but the product is not up to scratch. I waited 3 months for simple reupholstery of 2 small occasional chairs. The first go-round, Ettore told me employees had spilled a can of stain on the chairs so they had to be redone. Then he told me the fabric company shipped the wrong fabric twice. Then he returned the chairs which were so shoddily reupholstered that Ettore took them back to reupholster for a third time. I accepted my chairs back as I was concerned I'd never see them again but the work is still sub-par with, as photos show, edges left puckered, threads hanging, corners not properly finished off and so forth.
