I like how easy it is to drop off donations but it'd be nice if the lady who sorts through them was more pleasant. Every time I try and say hi I get nothing and today she almost looked annoyed that I was bringing donations.

This is a huge thrift store as they have two buildings side by side. The first is anything from housewares to books to vintage stuff. Lots to see and enjoy. You must wear masks and due to allowable people inside there is however usually a small line-up at this time. The second store, just across the parking lot is everything you could possibly need to put great outfits together!! Shoes, purses clothes and outerwear...Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!!Just too much fun for everyone!!

Not dropping or buying here any more. Not supporting L.M.H. any more.I payed $15 parking in the middle of nowhere, because I needed to go to the emerg. in the middle of the night and had no idea how long it will take so I had to buy a whole day parking.Next time I call an ambulance and let the taxpayer pay for it.

My favourite thrift store in Langley for these reasons.1. Proceeds go to the Langley Hospital.2. Volunteers keep overhead costs down to make sure as much money as possible is raised.3. Prices are very fair.4. Great selection.5. Friendly service both when donating and shopping.

A two part store. Volunteers run the place. Interesting collection of stuff gently used. Books are a buck for paper back and ,50 for hard cover

The prices are low, the store is well organized and they have lots of cute offerings. Staff are fantastic too, will definitely be back. Note that masks are required for entry here.

One of the best thrift stores ever! I love the community and environment of this place. Sometimes they even have 50% sales, so I was able to get a whole bag full of yarn for 3.75! Included a lot of high quality mohair as well. My experience with the staff has been nothing but friendly. I remember once I was short of 10 cents and the cashier offered to give me 10 cents for the purchase I was making. They are lovely people

I love going to this store because of good price. I come here for at-least 6 times a month. However, some employees has to improve their communication skills in customer service. I was in the store last time for just 20 mins and seen all these. There was a lady paying her item and handed the cashier $20. The cashier said “I’m not accepting your money” no words followed. Maybe try to give the reason why or ask if she has a smaller bill. Few minutes later, an old lady was not wearing her face mask. In a hard toned voice, A staff went to her and said “You need to put your mask on”. The lady politely replied “Oh I thought it was no longer mandatory” but the staff replied “Not on our store” “And you need to put your mask up” pertaining to another lady. I felt sorry for them as I could see they felt embarrassed. I get it, business establishments can still require to wear face mask. But, please be polite and talk in a respectful manner so as not to sound rude. Instead to “commanding” your customers what to do, communicate by giving suggestions and provide the reason in a respectful way. This all happened on the clothing store. However, i also had seen the same situation from the other store. I am sharing this to keep the staffs aware that people are observing. Be nice and be kind.
