I've had nothing but great care experiences at Andrew street medical with Dr. Andersen. I can get an appointment when needed, phone wait times are reasonable and staff is always friendly and courteous. The introduction of electronic refills has helped a lot with issues previously experienced around faxing refills

The receptionist are the worst. I was booked for flu shot at 5:30pm. They called me asking if possible to come early around 4:30pm since I was the only one needing a flu shot that day. I said it might be difficult but I’ll try to come early. Unfortunately, I could not come any earlier than my appointment time at 5:30pm. When I arrived the receptionist asked my name and said your very late. I explained how I told you I’ll try to come in early. She gave me a lot of attitude. It was the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever seen. I am actually changing my doctor to another clinic because of the treatment of the receptionist. It’s amazing how management is completely blinded by their behaviour. This clinic must have very passive management and standards.

My kid has a development delay. Dr. Hutzal's first profession question was that my wife and I were RELATED. When I heard the question first time, I said Pardon me?" because I thought I heard wrong. And then she told me kids had issues if parents were related. So I said "My wife is not the same race". She still tried to say something but seemed to feel stupid. I'm an East Asian. My kid has dark green eyes and caramel hair.... She ordered blood test for genetic screen. I and my kid went to the hospital and my kid cried a lot. And a few months later

I’ve been a patient of Dr Andersen for a number of years. She is kind and attentive asks lots of questions and works with you to plan your health or medications you might need. She always ready with a smile and to quickly catch up personally with you. The support staff here rock! They are super busy but always know my name and work to get me in or a call to help me. My family has been and is very happy with Dr Andersen!!

Dr Winter has been my family doctor since 2014. He's just truly amazing. he listens to my concerns and rather than tell me what he thinks we discuss and decide together. He's very sincere and dedicated to getting the best treatments and referrals for his patients. He's build a lasting professional relationship with my family and we are lucky to have him as our family doctor. We trust him completely with all our medical needs.

If I could give Dr.Johansen more than 5 stars I would.From day one he has been wonderful. He is not someone who pushes pill which is great. Always listens and if he doesn't know the answer he makes sure to guide me to right specialist.The office is amazing. They have always been quick to answer.He got me great neurologist, urologist and gynecologist for all my issues.

Im very happy with my experience. My doctor is nice as well as my nurses. If anything Im actually really grateful the care I got was efficient and quick - which was great because I was really frustrated with my health.Just to give an example, they were able to get me to see an allergist within a month. With previous doctors a family member of mine had to wait 6 month.

Dr Dussault is very pleasant to deal with. A breath of fresh air compared to most doctors. Takes all the time you need to make sure any issue you have is addressed. And you never feel rushed speaking with her.

Dr. Johansen has been by far the worst family doctor I have ever had. He has offended me and upset me on numerous occasions, where my husband had to call management to complain. I feel he lets his ego get in the way of proper care which is really unfortunate. I will say that the nurses were always amazing and the Physicians assistants were always great.
