Though it took awhile to receive my items, it was already known of the time of production and delivery, but was all well worth the wait! Michelle properly guide me on the setup of my design and the team return proofs for approval in no time. There's nothing like having personalized apparel for your company that is custom designed by you and their team. I will definitely be buying products from them in the future!!

The order process may take a little time but it is sooo worth it. I got my shirts and I could not be happier. The quality of the product was well worth the price and turnover time. Plus their customer service is top notch and everyone I spoke with was helpful and kind. Thank you finprint for awesome quality I will recommend them anytime.

The quality is good, pricing and timing ok, this why 2 stars, not just one.But, I got a visual proof of polo and my initial request was for polo, but I got V-Neck instead and all my attempts to find a solution finished without success, so bad…I could have V shape here, in Vancouver, faster and cheaper…

Shirts came 3 sizes too big. A size medium from this awful place is the size of an American 2XL. Customer service was some of the worst I’ve seen. Just broken records saying they’re standard American size mediums like I don’t know what size shirt I’ve been wearing for the last 30 years. After several days of battling the broken record customer service rep I was ignored over the weekend because I’m not important and the im assuming owner reached out on Monday and provided some actual customer service offered to get the shirts tailored for us. I paid for that out of my own pocket just because I was satisfied with the service but now just a couple weeks later none of the shirts are even wearable. After 2-3 days worn in the field each one has become stained so badly they can’t be worn represent my company because they look horrible. I’ve never seen material pick up and hold onto stains like this. My previous works shirts from a better vendor are stain free after 2 years. It’s so ridiculously unacceptable and their customer service so ridiculous I’m not even going to bother again. This review is the last second of my time that I’m wasting on this horrible company.

I’ve been ordering our uniforms from Finprint for years. Short Sleeve, Long Sleeve, Hoodies, Winter Jackets. Their quality and service can not be beat. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing! Yes, it was quite the wait but they were upfront about this right from the start. I felt like we had hired a tremendously talented graphic design tream and it showed in the quality of their work. Totally worth the wait.This isn't just your regular run of the mill print shop.. this is a prime example of you get what you pay for. We sure did, and much more in my opinion.Ever watached a movie with an underdog sports team wearing sub par uniforms? See their faces when one day coach comes through with crazy fancy amazing shirts and now they look like the pros? If you want quality items you’ll have to work with the company in high demand. In our trade we stay backed up because of the demand for us. Finprint is the same way they’ve been great for so many and it’s worth the wait.
