My wife bought a car there in 2020. After a year we had to replace the engine(imploded). Now a year later it turns out the whole rear suspension is busted and needs to be replaced after a check to replace a rear tire. To get the tire of they had to drill out 3 nuts because they couldn't get them of. We are going to contact them and they will hear about this and make this right.

Thanks Haldimand Motors! I love being to able to browse without the pressure to purchase. My wife test drove a couple vehicles with no pressure to buy. We had to head away for a few days which gave us to look at numbers and talk. We are from far out of town and had to leave a bit earlier than planned. My wife called right at 8 AM about a vehicle. She filled out the financing application online shortly before. They worked their butt off to make sure we had the car ready to go that day and They didn’t even know which one we were going to purchase until we called. I’m impressed. No pressure at all even once in the office. Had to be the easiest and fastest car deal I’ve ever seen.

In my opinion this is the best place to buy a used car. Prices are good, the service is excellent and the variety is extraordinary. I just picked up the 3rd car that I've bought from here. My place to go for a used car for over 20 years. For me trust and integrity are paramount. This company exemplifies both.

Went to Haldimand Motors to check out a 2018 Subaru Outback. I called ahead and the sales team put aside the keys for me. I arrived and the keys were there waiting and the sales staff directed me to the car.I had a quick look around the car and popped the hood. The latch was very stiff. I took the car down the road and when i reached 80kph the hood popped open. Closed the hood and turned around, the hood popped up twice more on the return journey to the dealership.Upon returning had a closer look at the front and it was obvious that the car had been in an accident. See attached pictures. Disappointing that this was not noted on the website, especially since Haldimand claims to inspect all their vehicles prior to putting them up for sale.I had a chat with one of the salesman to tell him about the safety issue and that i was unhappy the damage hadn't been noted.More fool me for driving a 6 hour round trip to look at a car!

An absolutely huge selection of used cars to look through and try, great customer service. The car I got runs great and was fully serviced when I bought it.

Lots of vehicles... no one bothers you there though unlike most car sales places . Just a huge lot to walk around unless you know what you're looking for
