Dr. Singh, Samantha and Tammy are the people you want in your corner in the most stressful situations involving your pet. They are calm, caring and resourceful. My family has been with them for almost 30 years and I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my furry family members.

The staff here are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My stubborn puppy has always been handled with care and in turn doesn't get scared when we arrive. All of our medical questions are answered and treatment options are discussed at length. We have also always been able to reach the office by phone and the staff has been happy to answer our questions and give us advice on what we should do when our dog had been sick/injured. All of the family dogs go here and it should be clear why!

I truly hate to write this review as the experience started off strong and completely went downhill. My puppy went to the vet in December of 2021 for her first visit. The experience was friendly and lovely- all because of one bubbly and caring lady at the front desk. From there I discussed having my dog spayed and I was reassured that my dog was on the waiting list for April and they would call me. I not once received a call with a date or a follow up. I began calling and leaving messages with no call back. My puppy was 8 months old at this point and finally someone answered after multiple messages and the lady on the phone told me yet again that they would call back to let me know when there was an opening. I explained that my puppy could go into heat any time now and months later with no response I now found this to be excessive as I didn't want my dog to go into heat. The lady on the phone was filled with excuses we had covid

Dr. Singh and his staff have taken care of our pets for about 20 years. My husband and I haven't lived in Orleans in 8 years but we still drive 1.5 hours for our dog's care. Why? Dr. Singh has always been and continues to be kind, compassionate, up-to-date, thorough, and very knowledgeable. His staff are equally kind, compassionate, and very helpful. Dr. Singh never pushes unnecessary medications or procedures because he truly cares about his patients, not his wallet. Unless it is a dire emergency, we will never take our pets to anyone else. We highly recommend Dr. Singh and his staff to anyone who loves their pets and only want the best for them.

This hospital has provided our family a Christmas miracle. From the front desk staff to our doctor has been an incredible experience. Thank you, from Spencer and family.

I took in my very young kitten for a wellness check after I first got her and to get the first round of her shots. I was very adamant that I was concerned there were further complications, and wanted to be sure she was okay because I did not get her from a shelter. The vet assured me MULTIPLE times that she was okay. She in-fact was not. And was gone within the week. I should’ve gone to a better vet.Mind you this took place awhile ago and I’m just now rating this place because the grief made it to hard to do so before. They also made it incredibly hard to retrieve her ashes after the fact. DONT GO HERE.

My husband and I just moved to Orleans from Toronto. We went to our first appointment today here and they were so wonderful! Very kind, explained everything in detail, and answered all of our questions. We can tell our precious dog Bailey will be in good hands at this clinic. Happy we chose to come here for Bailey’s care!

Very friendly and I felt they genuinely cared. I had to bring my pup in on an emergency basis and they were quick to take him in (thank you!). They took my concerns, answered my questions and set my pup up. Overall Dr Singh and his techs were fabulous, Guin says hello!

Friendly staff. Invoicing a bit confusing; could have been a bit better explained particularly cost for running blood work. Results came in fast enough though. Cat was deferred to Animal Emergency which was good advice from Dr. Singh. Be prepared for expensive surgery charges at the Animal Emergency on Lola Street; but that is the 24/7 service they offer that could result in saving your pet's life. Most local Vets cannot offer the 24/7 oversight of the Animal Emergency.
