Hi almost every night there is a very strong odour that is present and it's been going on for a few months now. I once drove near from 401 to 403 West and I could really smell it very strong over there. It is present near where I leave 403/Mavis at night time after 9 or 10pm alsoI cannot tolerate this any more and I want something done about this. It smells like chemicals or candles with hint of cherry. I have confirmed it with my neighbor and he can smell it tooPlease look into this or investigateThanks

Called ministry of environment phone # and woman who answered phone said to call local government. Called local office and got full voicemail message. Totally useless ministry. Have problem with someone polluting and can't even get anyone to talk to about it. All levels of government useless.
