I went with my friends on 26 December around 6.55 pm.Lady working in makeup aisle was unprofessional and rude.had glasses on and with red and black hairs.She was talking to us in rude tone. We asked her if we can use sample of foundation. She showed some but told us that are expensive. Like who asked her if expensive or not. She was doing racism.She was thinking we are stealing something. Before we were not aware that testers are not available. She came and told us and was making dirty faces. We asked her we can pay whatever we have used. She called security to keep an eye on us. We felt embarrassed and left without purchasing from there.Worst experience ever. Never coming to this store again.

The Manager kathy in cosmetics was very rude, and treated me like I was a child, while asking her some advice on perfume and foundation. I have sensitive skin and it takes me a long time to find products that will go with my skin and she seemed annoyed about that. I will never be shopping at this location ever again and i advise others to do the same and go somewhere else.

I had to switch pharmacies after nasal sugery since the team was so consistently incompetent. I had at least 4 outstandingly poor interactions (two of those with the operation) before finally pulling the plug. After they were finally convinced after much arguing that I was not there to pick up my regular prescription, which had been filled only days prior, I was told they would need a minimum of 24 hours to fill my medications. I was prescribed 3 emergency medications after my operation, a corticosteroid, an full-spectrum antibiotic, and an opiate for the intense pain. All three were prescribed day-of, and all three were incredibly time sensitive in order to prevent major complications from my operation and they had the unbelievable nerve to tell me that I needed to wait for those medications.I don't even have the energy to type out the other basement level interactions I had with these people. Needless to say I will never be doing business with them, or any SDM pharmacy again. My new pharmacy treated me so well, I almost couldn't believe that is was standard practice for a pharmacy to take care of it's clients.Oh, and I can ask the new guys questions about myedications and they don't act like I'm wasting their time.Wether management or the staff caused this level of service is irrelevant at this point, it was absolutely unacceptable how my self and others around me were routinely treated at this location

I never leave google reviews but I had to this time because I had such an upsetting experience at the post office. The past 2 times I came here, I was treated extremely rudely by the lady here (I believe her name is Iram). I asked her questions about how to ship something out because I was not familiar with the process and she was extremely condescending and sputtered one or two words to answer my questions, raised her voice at me to move to the side" even though there were no other customers there

Worst Shoppers on east side. Save yourself the trouble and go to shoppers at center mall or any other for that matter. The staff at the pharmacy are so overworked and overwhelmed that they ignore customers, don’t answer the phone, and have a rushed tone with you or are very short with you.I’m pretty sure it relates to new ownership and or management but the last six months have been terrible. I moved pharmacies and feel so much better.

Came in to get my daughter some make-up and Kathy was so helpful and friendly as usual. We picked out a foundation and she made sure it was the right match and then she helped us find a perfume. Excellent customer service today! Love this Shoppers, other than they close at 8pm now.

If you like to be ignored or treated badly, this is the pharmacy for you! This has been my pharmacy for over twenty years but after an entire renovation and staff turnover, I will now go elsewhere.Never want your prescriptions to be ready? Go here. If you want to encounter rude staff, unprofessional conduct by pharmacists, and mistakes all the time, this is the place. Long lineups are what you will always enjoy, to be told you will not get your medication. As a bonus, you will be condescended to and spoken to like you are seven years old. As an added bonus, privacy is non existent as the employees loudly blast your medications and dosage for all to hear! You will have valid prescriptions for refill that will not be refilled for completely arbitrary reasons, and they will also treat other customers poorly while you are present, just in case you begin to feel human. Have fun being reduced to tears.All in all, after more than two decades, I am leaving. I am taking my prescriptions to anyone (absolutley anyone else) at this point I would drive to Alberta to never step in this pharmacy again. I’ll figure out what to do with the 600,000 shoppers points I’ve accumulated this past year (that should tell you something about the value of the prescriptions I’ve filled for rheumatoid arthritis) - I used to enjoy also buying groceries and cosmetics at the same time I filled prescriptions. I suppose I can also shop at London Drugs or Sobeys.PS tell your pharmacists not to wear sweat pants and tee shirts to work. I realize they’re here to treat me like excrement do they also have to look like it?

Really disappointed that it used to be open 24 hours and now the sign says only until midnight, but then the hours posted at the door say completely different for certain times of the week. Weird that this location would be closed so early (like before 9) on a Sunday when the stonebridge location is open later… this one definitely should be open until at least midnight if the huge sign says so?!I also remember coming here for a Covid vaccine a couple years or so ago and the service was awful at the pharmacy.Would avoid!

My advice to everyone is stay clear from this Shoppers. They are rude, they could careless about your health, They never answer the phone, you go there to pick up your medication and nobody will acknowledge you standing there when there's at least 4 or 5 people working. I went to see my doctor today and he ask me how I've been feeling and I told him I haven't been doing very good then he asked if I brought my medication I said yes he looks at the bottles and said that the directions on the bottle isn't what he wrote on the prescription so I've been taking a significant lower dose than prescribed, hence why I said they are utterly careless and don't care about peoples health. I'll be making a complaint to the college of pharmacy.This Shoppers should probably shut down or sold to someone who know how to run a drug store.

Absolutely awful experience here, I bought a nail clipper,It has such a bad quality and pinch my finger. They would not allow me to refund As I opened it. And how I'm supposed to tell without using it whether it's good or not? Stick with your ridiculous regulation, you will never have my business again!
