I have been going to Tehranto Exchange since 2013 and I continue to be in love with the service and my results. They have great customer service by approaching clients in a friendly manner and always being honest about the rate. Saeid is one of the best employees in this group, and I have been working with him with no regret. He is professional and gives the best service. I can only say thank you!

My experience with TEHRANTO EXCHANGE was excellent, all the work was done in no time just by phone. After getting disappointing answers from several exchanges for depositing less than 10,000 dollars and needing in-person. TEHRANTO did it in the easiest and best way. Thanks for their amazing service.

A year ago I transfer money, but I didn't know I can put a review here. Worst exchange ever. rude, sassy and so selfish. I transferred $500 and they calculated the max rate price + charged me $50 transfer fee. Just imagine how they charged me to rip my packet off. never recommend

I’ve had couple of transactions with you guys and I was very satisfied but I came on Saturday at 4:53 pm and you were closed, even though I called at 4:30 pm. I came from downtown and you just wasted my time. I would never ever work with you again. It’s better to respect ppl’s time.

I had a great experience changing my US dollars at Tehranto money exchange . They do care for clients a lot ! Mr. Saeed is so nice, polite and professional and supports you in a way that you feel like he is not just a customer service rep , he values your time, your profit and your priorities as well ! He acts more like a customer support ! I was in a hurry and needed to get the job done fast, yet I wanted to have the best deal too ! It was one of the busiest days for them and if it wasn’t for him, I would have waited a lot ! It was surprising to see how multitask he was! He could easily handle every single client in a timely manner respectfully and supportively ! I would definitely recommend this!

As i mentioned before your staff has the worst customer service acumen. Just because you are in the business for 21 years it doesn't mean you know how to run your business properly. From my end i don't know when exactly the money is transferred, when i provide you with my driver license you need to have a proper system in place to tell you if you received the money or not (While you checked your notebook manually there is always room for error). if you update your business with the new technology you probably wont get in to these kind of problems. the bottom line is if i didn't get a hold of my Dad in Iran while he was climbing you wouldn't have transferred the money. I'm only stating that proper service wasn't provided to me. A simple apology from your staff would have resolved everything. Please educate or update yourself how to deal with your customers properly.I rather pay more on service charges and get the proper service.As a business owner how you handle negative feedbacks is a good indication how you run your business. Your response to my complaint was to take my business somewhere else"..."

I use this company often and I feel very happy and trusted with Tehranto .they are the fastest in town and super efficient.the easiest company to work and they give amazing service .Recommend to everyone.

If it was possible to give zero points to this house of thieves, I would definitely do so. I dare to say that my experience today on October 29 was very terrible . This place is house of thieves and fraudsters, not an exchange. They easily stole my money in exchange for two thousand dollars. Do not trust this place of thieves at all and do not do anything with them. Your time and money will only be wasted.
