Prices are pretty rough. My mom just got surgery and told them we would be coming on a certain date. Obviously she had to wait a while before even being able to get into the vehicle. But they continued to pester and call every other day. Again, even after we told them when we would be coming in. Then you go to come in and purchase everything and they take 10 minutes to even find your glasses. Disappointed and definitely looking elsewhere in the future.

Yes, get your glasses here! Well priced and the ladies are knowledgeble about everything glasses related. Also the manager is super helpful if you ever encounter problems.

Great service from this location. My husband and myself need new glasses. I was very impressed with the selection of frames they had at this location. The ladies that helped us were very professional and answered all our questions and I loved that they could direct bill( some places are not set up to do that or insurance companies are not set up) but our insurance was. I also took in an old pair of sun glasses and had them put in new lenses ( as long as your frames are good). I will definitely be going back to this location.

I'm shocked to see the low rating on this place, I had a wonderful time there with my kids! Carolina made them feel like there was no rush. Her biggest concern seemed to be them being satisfied with their glasses. My 14 year old said when we left how happy she was that Carolina let her pick her glasses herself, not forcing a pair on her. I'm not gonna lie, I like to buy online for savings purposes, but, honestly.. the extra amount was worth the experience Carolina provided!! I 100% will go again for the kids, and myself in May when I'm due for a new pair!!....UPDATE- POSTED ORIGINAL ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO!! SERVICE WORTH TH READ!! I did actually come here for my own glasses in May, PLUS my kid's new glasses/shades. I guess good service has a way of drawing you back. Due to covid restrictions they had to sanitize everything, we touched the whole damn store, and there's MUAY options!! Carolina...que holy music, clouds seperating and blinding light...still there and perfectly the same after years, again showed professionalism and a true want for me to find my perfect pair". It didn't matter how many glasses she had to wash!! She truly seemed to understands that glasses arent just an accessory-they're part of who you are! My insurance covered everything

Dont waste your time here.Bad prices.Bad service.I was told 4 days for my contacts I ended up waiting almost 2 weeks and got the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. The eye doctor is great very friendly, but the manager and the people who work in front are HORRIBLE. The older woman who told me she would call me herself I believe is the manager. She shouldnt be.

I went to this location yesterday. I had a eye exam. Doctor was great. So my eyes have gotten a little worse after 10 years and it was time for new glasses. The staff here were amazing.Carolina helped me choose a perfect pair of glasses. She had so much patience with me and I really appreciate that.I will be telling friends and family about this location.I really appreciate the great customer service. Thanks so much!

I have to give a big shout out to Carolina at this Hakim location. I had a lot of trouble with my new glasses. On one pair the lenses were not shaped properly and kept falling out and the second pair had one arm fall off because the screw holes were stripped.She replaced the broken arm frames immediately and has ordered new lenses for the other pair.I cannot see without my glasses at all and because of her kindness and dedication to customer service I went home with one pair intact and a second pair awaiting a fix.Thank you so much

Came in because the screw fell out of my glasses, even thought I didn’t purchase my glasses here they still helped me out with no cost! The front desk ladies are extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend this location.

Hakim Optical was absolutely amazing, great service! My sister and I were both in need of new glasses, Carolina helped us find the pair that suited us the best. She was patient and insured that we were happy with our choices. We will definitely be using Hakim again in the future!
