this company provides very good quality , good service the best company to deal with

Worse customer service we have ever dealt with.On February 2022, we ordered 5 doors with this company.We waited 6 or 8 weeks.When the doors finally came in they were damaged. Our contractor told us that he would be able to fix some of the identified damages, but not all and that therefore we should return the damaged doors.We offered to keep part of the shipment, but the company acknowledged that the doors were damaged, and insisted that we either take all or nothing. Since we would not accept damaged product they took back all the doors.We were promised that they will send us new doors within 2 weeks.When the 2nd set of doors arrived, they arrived damaged again, not as bad as the first time, but also not in the shape that you would expect when buying brand new doors.One of these supposedly new doors had a hole drilled in it, presumably for a handle (the doors we ordered were suppose to be “industrial unfinished”), which not only was not requested, but when checked against the size of one our door handles the hole was bigger than the handle we had purchased to use.When we discuss that with the delivery guys, we got a call (within seconds) from David Yifie, screaming and yelling at us that this is the 2nd time we want to return an order, and that he doesn’t want to keep doing that anymore.He screamed at us saying “I am canceling the order right now, and we will refund you for the money you paid. My guys are taking the doors and leaving now!”. At that moment David hanged up the phone on us, without even giving us the opportunity to reply, or to have some kind of a normal conversation.In seconds the delivery guys took all the doors and left.We were left shocked and confused, as we are the ones that suppose to be upset and not happy about twice being delivered damaged doors for our home renovation project.After months of not hearing back from the company, neither getting the refund, we contacted them in June 2022, reminding them about the promised refund.We were answered once again by David saying that he is not going to refund us as WE are the ones that cancelled the order.Now, almost 6 months after we ordered the doors in the first place, not only we never received the doors we ordered from them (as he cancelled our order we bought new doors elsewhere which came in undamaged the first time), we also never received our refund that David himself in his own words promised us that we will get, after HE decided to take the doors back and cancel our order on his own.We would suggest to stay away from this company if you are looking for kind, respectful and professional people to work with.
