Heather and the team at BodyWell have curated a beautiful space, where you feel calm and at home as soon as you walk in. The actual massage leaves you feeling fully relaxed and at ease, so much so that you won't want to leave when you're done!

Awesome place for massage therapy after an injury. Heather will work with you and give you simple exercises to help you heal and support proper movement and function, along with a targeted soothing massage. She is such an expert, and I'm very grateful! (: She is super kind and knowledgeable as well.

Lorraine is unbelievable. She is fantastic at what she does, listening to you and finding parts of your body that need relief that you may not be constantly aware of. She recreates a soothing environment for your needs no smells or sounds are overpowering. Lorraine can chat about anything if you want to be chatting during your massage and has inherited sense when you want to be quieter.

Heather is awesome. I've been coming to her for years for massage but over the last couple years she's really helped me learn how to feel my body through different movement techniques. It has helped me isolate the correct body part better during my workouts. I've been able to start lifting weights without using my neck and triggering migraines.
