Xeno Foam and Upholstery

Changed my patio cushion and cover with this company. I am really satisfied with the job they did. Their free and friendly consultation, fair pricing and good quality work encouraged me to leave this review. They deserve 5 star.

I did not wind up choosing Xeno Foam and Upholstery for my sofa back cushion re-stuffing job and here is the reason why - I submitted a request for a quote through the form on their website and received 3 separate replies from 3 separate people, each with a different quote.The fact that 3 different people have answered the same inquiry, says to me that this business is not very organized, as they are unable to keep track of what inquiries have already been responded to. Not to mention that each person answered with a different price quoted, which says to me that the price will differ depending on who you speak to or deal with. They also differed on their approach and material recommended.I know that these types of jobs can differ depending on the material chosen, labour required, etc., but shouldn't there be some sort of standard that you start from in terms of how you are determining potential cost?Overall, this place doesn't provide me with the confidence that they know what they are speaking about, much less the confidence to actually do the job properly, so I won't be using them.

The team at Xeno took my old ugly chair and reupholstered it into a beautiful piece. I'm so satisfied with the overall quality - the stitching looks amazing, even in a all the nooks and crannies. They had a great fabric selection and the price can't be beat.

They have create my patio caution which was amazing and the quality of the materials they use are really good. I will go back them when I need and I do recommend others to use their services.
