I do not make a habit of complaining about small business because their struggles to financial freedom is far more labor and emotionally intensive than that of the big box chains. As community members, we all should be supportive and invested in helping them achieve their dream to succeed. However, the negative experience outlined in the email below, that I sent the owner before posting the review warrants to be told.Giselle,I have never in my 30 plus years of working in the customer service industry at all levels, have I ever experienced the level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and disrespect that you showed me today. I am a customer purchasing from you and I have been the one inconvenienced considering the delays and errors involved on your part with my order, including having to chase down someone in your company to follow up on my order, that has been ongoing since June 4th. Yet you have the audacity to treat me like I am the one who is at fault in this situation and threaten to cancel my order, which should have been shipped June 7th not 11 days after the fact, because I was questioning your excessive $25 shipping fee that might I add your employee failed to charge me in the first place and further delayed my parts being shipped.You as the business owner and face of your company tell me that my order is not worth your time because it does not meet your $100 per hour worth. You complained that my order is taking out of your valuable time to package and personally drive to the post office to ship. This was your justification for gauging me with a $25 shipping and handling fee. I am sorry, but does this act of duty not fall within the realm of being small business owner, including providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond the call of duty?As a small business owner, you should be transparent and most grateful for even the littlest of orders considering I could have purchased the parts from Amazon but chose to support a local small business instead. You should also be careful being rude to people you do not know on the phone or anywhere else for that matter because it tarnishes your company image and ultimately your livelihood. I could have been a recurring customer and referred family and friends to you, but now definitely I will not be. In fact, I will not hesitate to mention the negative experience I had and not recommend your company.As I told you on the phone when you were threatening to cancel my order and refund my money, because this order wasn’t worth your hassle, I would have gladly taken you up on your offer had these window parts not been for my elderly mother who is living with a broken window that she is not able to close, while waiting for the parts that you finally shipped today (June 18th) to have the window repaired.A final note to consider, as a business owner you must understand that people have expectations, the same way you have expectations for the stores where you shop. Some people even cut small businesses slack because they are just that a small business, do not abuse that. I also will not take your rudeness personally because I realize rudeness is a habit for many people.Thank you for your time.

They response my email so fast however I was looking for just a little part of my window. When I went there they helped me so fast and give me a part what it might work for free of charge. It looks like a very honest family business what it has value and morals still !!
