Booked a massage for my bfs birthday 5 days in advance and I also called on the day of to confirm the appointment, but when I went there they told me I never had an appointment and they were full up and couldn't do it. I drove all the way for nothing. Waste of time and gas!

Looked like an after hour massage spa. Was very uncomfortable how the massage was conducted. Not a 5 star by any means. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Quiet place with nice staff. They're flexible enough to satisfy your needs. The only disadvantage is that only few speak English well. They work with insurance. This is a decent place.

I like this spa, clean, professional staffs, no B.S., men or women welcome, walk in or book appointment, you can also claim insurance if you're covered. Emily is my favorite, older lady, very good with back walking, there are others too and all older women with experiences. This place is legit, go somewhere else if you want special.

I have been visiting their Pacific Mall branch for many years and always get the foot spa treatment.It’s one of the best in the GTA and very reasonably priced.they are clean and hygienic and are very flexible on what you want and listen to the pressure you want.most times I have done walk in and never been disappointed!
