The fellow at Huntertown Plaza had great customer service. When the didn't have the paint i wanted, he checked another store and asked them to hold 2 cans for me. When I got there, Ola was kind, professional and very sweet. He even helped me take the paint to my car. Great customer service at both locations!

I must give Dana from Sherwin-Williams the highest praise for her outstanding colour matching . It was so perfect, despite the great differences in paint, where the original paint came from, product unavailability due to supply difficulties, and not even having a sample. Dana, you saved me hours of work from repainting entire walls. Instead of 6 to 8 hours of work, I was done in less than an hour because your paint and colour matching was so exact, I just had to roll small areas that I had filled holes with plaster. Time was of the essence because I am in the middle of moving, the landlord needed it done on time, I had to still organize where I was moving. All of this went so much better and less stressfully as a result of your technical knowledge and artistry with understanding colour, paint, sheen and the products you represent. I highly recommend Dana and Sherwin-Williams on 17 Ave SW to anyone needing fast, efficient, helpful service, for getting perfect colour and paint matching. Dana had an impossible challenge because the original colour came from a competitor, and the original paint was no longer available at this time die to shortages of materials in Texas. It seemed unlikely to work. But Dana double checked formulas and information on the company's database, and delivered a perfect match , no one can identify where I patched the wall even in full daylight and up close. Thank you again, Dana. You made my life so much easier during this high stress period of moving with no room for complications.

AWESOME these folks are prime when it comes to service, courtesy, and help. I'm surprised the store is not packed people waiting in line around the block. They make sure I had the latest product needed for my project. Dont go to other places for your painting needs, whatever you need they will take care of you.

The service is excellent, Shawna is very professional and experienced I am doing a big project and timeline on getting the paint plus a perfect match on tinting our trim color !

After a few attempts at calling and not be able to get much information, I went in store to get some tips and pricing details. Though the employee tried to be helpful, she deflected most of my questions saying they were questions better suited for the assistant manager, who was in the store. I then asked to speak with her but apparently she was very busy". I'm not sure how someone is expected to get information and purchase anything given how poor the service is. I fully intended on buying sufficient paint for our entire home but the assistant manager couldn't spare 5 minutes to walk me through different products and provide some pricing info. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that carried out my paint requests in a very timely manner.My four paint orders were completed accurately and quicker than I have experienced at the big box stores like Home Depot or Loews.

I can't believe how amazing the customer service is at this store! Shawna is so helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
