MCI Physiotherapy at Bramalea
I've been working with Shikha for a couple months now on my chronic lower back pain. She is extremely pleasant, kind and easy to work with. Under her care and direction, along with weekly massage therapy, my back pain has improved tremendously. I only had posture problems, nothing too serious, but life was truly unbearable with this pain. I am so glad I found her.

I strongly suggest you do not go here. The receptionist is unprofessional, does not answer the phone, gives wrong waiting times and does not follow up as told they will. The doctor is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a appointment two and half weeks ago and was told I’d have a call within five business days, I have tried calling every day with no answer. This place is horrible very embarrassing to be called a doctors office.

I came for a employment medical test set up by my employer with an Appointment.The lady at the appointment desk was rude and un helpful and told me to sit and find my email of my appointment as she was too lazy to look it up herself as I gave my name and reason for being here lol what a ridiculous clinic !

Shikha Rajput at MCI physiotherapy is awesome. She is compassionate and very thorough. I have been to a couple of Physios before but Shikha by far is the best!

MCI Physiotherapy at Bramalea
I had been treated by Mrs. Shikha at MCI Physiotherapy for my shoulder injury. Though it's for a few sittings I got good improvement of my shoulder movements. My pain is also relieved to a large extent. Guidance of post treatment exercises is also very good. I am continuing the exercises at home regularly and finding good improvementThanks you very much MCI physiotherapy

Love the ambience of the place. Shikha Rajput, the manager and the Physiotherapist of the clinic always greets all her patients with a smile and makes sure all of the patients leave the clinic with a smile. Highly recommend the place!

The experience for all the students here is always worst. Even after calling before visiting the doctor, they make you to wait 50-60 mins or even more.They don’t even have a courtesy to request to wait. Also even after all the patients were gone out of the clinic, they didn’t even called me in to have a seat at least. So had to wait outside their door for almost an hour.

They are all very attentive to each person.thank you ..Shikha is fantastic at what she does and always follows up on how I am feeling after each visit.after my car accident I got a really bad back pain but ever since I have been visiting Shikha I have seen improvement with my upper and my lower back . Sherece is a very knowledgeable individual and helped me with everything I needed .I look forward to continuing both my Physio treatments and Massage with such a fabulous team.

My experience at MCI Physiotherapy was awesome and amazing . The staff are friendly and loving and they are the best at what they do. When I started to go at MCI I had a very painful lower back pain and now after three months , I feel as though I never had a back problem. Thanks guys I will never forget you.
