They're after duplicating my bill at least twice, after debating with them and not getting my point through I had to pay the duplicates.. They also added someone onto my account without my consent which I have no idea how they were able to do so? When trying to change my address they would not let me open a new account until paying off what she owed. Terrible service, not at all flexible with you although they're the ones being difficult. 0/100 experience, would never recommend.

This is one of the worst power companies I have ever had to deal. They are even ashamed that they will not give out how to reach the CEO The service is terrible you can't reach a person. The cost is discussing for the lack of service To me they only rate a big ZERO

Overpriced electricity available right here!! We are overcharged but this company makes a huge yearly profit. We need another electricity provider to compete with these guys or government rebates for green energy alternatives. As they have a monopoly, we are left to their mercy and ever increasing power rates. Shame!

Never ever have any issues o had any on several moves etc and several home purchases. Many people whine"about NP when they "neglect to pay their bills. Everyone has to pay for usage
