Tom's autoglass was fantastic. I had the unfortunate experience of having my window broken and my car rifled through overnight a few nights ago. Brandon was fantastic, I drove down and he put some plastic and taped it up so it was air and watertight while we waited for a new rear window to come in from Alberta. Day of installation the vehicle was handled in 2 hours and they vacuumed and cleaned all of the remaining glass from the rear passenger area flawlessly. Hopefully I will not have to use their services again soon, but should the need arise this shop will have my business in the future!Many thanks guys!

They did a great job on replacing my semi tractor windshield replacement. No leaks , great price and quality. Easy to deal with. Fixed a stone chip for me also. There’s a reason everyone around the area recommends and uses Tom Thompson .

Top notch place ! I highly recommend this shop. If you want to be looked after and want to deal with a place that will stand behind what they say , then I can only say that I give my highest recommendation !! Super people to deal with !! I had my R.V. windshield replaced and repaired which was above and beyond anything that you would expect !!! So nice to meet people that are willing to put you first , to make sure you are looked after as stress free as possible !!!

Great customer service and quality workmanship. They filed my claim and replaced my windshield all in a matter of hours. Never have I had to replace a windshield 3times in a month because of improper installation .My car was given back to me quickly, however when I drove my car out of the parking lot the windshield was making a squeaking noise and was slightly jiggling around (Sealer/Glue wasn't Set). Plus they didn't hook up my window washer pump and didn't bolt my window trims back on. Having said that, the young front counter employee was very nice and had a good attitude.

My car is becoming hard to find parts for and they had no problem finding a replacement window, that no one else seemed to be able to find. They also did an extremely thorough job cleaning out the shards from the previously broken window. Thanks y’all!
