Canada Post

I paid over 130 dollars to sent a package and received discrimination from the staff! I wonder if my money will be used to pay those people for their food??? It’s not a good way to waste food though! This feeling is even worse than paying taxes!Canada Post, Canada Worst!

Like clock work, I go to any Canada Post location, have a wonderful customer service experience, yet people have the worst things to say about this location. Ms Nicolette was amazingly sweet and helpful. While I was completing the paperwork for my package to the US, another customer came in full of attitude. This guy had a problem with the postal requirements and even though the postal representative gave him all his options, he still made it sound like it was her fault he had to choose something less than “ideal”. What on Earth is wrong with people? For any normal person out there, you’ll have a great experience here, fret not!

Unbelievable attitude, everything worked out smoothly last time when I was picking up the package but this time the old lady refused to give me my package although I have my physical passport. Wonder if it’s due to any discrimination issue. Terrible service, I would rather return my package!Went in again and asked for her name: Nikolai. Unlike her, the guy with glasses was very friendly.

Worst staff ever. I had to leave home 15 mind early to get my parcel sent before work but the guy in the counter was soooooo slow motion that I ended up leaving without getting my packages sent. Extremely incompetent staff. I guess they take a who hates working" test before hiring these people. Incompetent incompetent incompetent"

When I went there in the morning, there were very few people and two employees were chatting happily as if I had disturbed them . The teller was very rude. She gave me a very bad experience, no service ! I've been to about a dozen Canada posts and this is the worst I've ever been to.

The old black lady with glasses is very rude. She makes me feel like an employee when walking in, not the customer! She always rushes me and interrupts me when speaking. She’s clearly miserable and hates this job.

The elder lady in glasses was very rude, I used a preferred name for online shopping and I know it should be matched with my ID when picking up parcel, so I showed my driven license which has the same last name under the same address, she told me my ID is invalid because i changed my address once and they gave me a sticker to put the new address on the back. She said I can put random sticker to fake my address. Then she grouped me as international students because I'm Asian and blame them for not using the legal name and bring her troubles all the time. I feel that I'm being discriminated!

This really is one of the worst Canada Post offices I have ever been to. So much so that I have had to stop using Canada post to receive any shipments by mail because of the chance that they end of at this post office for pickup. The staff that work there are completely unhelpful, incompetent, and rude. They close early without updating their notice card and even when they are still there working after their supposed early closing time they refuse to help you after you've driven half hour in a snow storm to get there and you show them the official notice card with opening hours on it. They simple said we are not paid now so come back tomorrow. Don't waste your time going here. I'm going to have to find a way to prevent Canada post from directing any of my parcels to this post office.
