I am addicted to the scented candles I got there. They have so many different kind for different seasons and tastes. They make the room smell amazing even when they are not lit. I also really love the handsoaps. My only negative point would be that it is pretty expensive (15-25$ for one candle when there's no sale) so your receipt gets high very fast. I would recommend to only go when there is a sale going on.It's also a great gift idea, I always get a scented candle for my mom and aunt when I go visit them and they love them

The employees are beautiful and lovely ! They know their products super well and are very good with giving recommendations. I bought the products in the scent “ Ocean “, White tea and Sage ( the candle ) and other wallflowers ( in the scent Japanese cherry blossom , kiwi , tangerine raspberry, they all smells so good ) the employees guided me through all of these choices with their sweet charm.

My daughter bought a candle for me a couple of years ago. I love the scent and leaving the lid off would be enough to fill the room. Delightful. BUT, I lit the candle and now there is thick black soot all up the wall. Terrible. I thought B&B would have better quality wicks, but no.

Went by today, it was very busy because they had a big sale going on. The service was good and the place was orderly even though it was filled with customers. The employees were vigilant. Someone broke something and there was glass on the floor. The employees made sure that someone was making taking care of it while another was making sure no one stepped on it.

Horrible. I ordered a package, it took three weeks to ship and finally it never came. When i tried to call customer’s service, there was an automatic response sayinh to “just check if my neighbors don’t have it”. Never ever ordering again.

A assistant manager named Audrey was extremely rude and overall unpleasant to be around. She gave a lot of attitude after i asked her a simple question. bath and body works definitely needs to work on training their team, ESPECIALLY managers. The sales associate named Salma was extremely helpful and the only good thing about this whole experience.
