Very fast and friendly service! My truck got towed to Carson auto with no wheel and break damage. They had me back on the road in less than 24hrs and it cost less than expected. Highly recommended if you want the job to be done right and done in a timely manner.

They got my brake pads, rotors & calipers replaced in a very timely fashion for a super reasonable price as well! They also fixed my windshield wiper arm which all seems to be working perfectly now!Super friendly staff, very easy to talk to and very honest in terms of communication and what needs to get fixed.Best mechanic I've had in Squamish by a lot! Will be referring this place to all my friends in the future :)10/10

Highly recommended! These guys saved me over $7,000 (quoted from the original dealership) to fix an issue that was not necessary. They took the time to really get to the bottom of what was going on with my car, instead of just telling me to basically replace the engine. Customer service from Desiree has been amazing. I am just sad that it's taken me ten years to find them!

No complaints whatsoever. The girl who works the front counter is very polite and understanding of anything that's going on. I had a clutch done there in June, the price was worth it by far. Everything was put back together just as it was before they touched it. Also learned a few things my vehicle needed that I brushed off. My car will be there in 3 weeks for my new transmission setup and I'm very excited to drive it off the lot again. Thanks everyone at Carson's for the honest work.

Carson's is great. Quite simple. They were able to take a look at my FJ day of when it was leaking mystery oil (never a good sign). Fixed it up no problems. Been going back to them for repairs and upgrades ever since. Always charge reasonable labor (i.e., they get the job done in the right amount of time and don't overbill), and critically, they seem to know offroaders quite well. Their parts markup can be on the higher end so I'd recommend shopping around for parts for specific jobs unless you want the convenience of dealing with just the shop.

Very friendly and reasonable staff! Couldn't fix the issue with our vehicle on their first go, and unfortunately needed more time/parts than anticipated. However, they didn't charge labour for the extra work which was super appreciated. Car runs great now. Amazing people. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

While I was driving from Vancouver to whistler, just before the Squamish, the engine light came on and my new vehicle started shaking and could barely drive , it was 15 minute before closing time and I still had to drive 9km to reach the place , talked to them over the phone and they waited and they checked engine light and found out faulty spark plugs , even though it’s too late to get new parts , they fixed it and made sure i reach Vancouver safely before I give the vehicle to Nissan Dealership. They were super nice professional with a golden heart to help a stranded customer . Jamie saved my day , thank you very much for your incredible customer service , May God Bless Your Entire Team sir

Highly recommend Carson’s! They’re the best auto shop in Squamish. Amazing customer service. They absolutely took care of everything. If you need anything for you car go here!

Squamish’s least popular shop that is 100% the best I have dealt with. Always friendly and available for anything. Has no problem accepting clients broken down and not sure where to go. Customers are always happy with the service. Can’t go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended!
