Worst Customer service ever seen in my life.The old guy showed finger to a customer to go out from the restaurant. He is very rude and don't know how to talk with the customer.He don't have patience at all. I visited this restaurant on my friend reference. But had a very bad experience. Never go back again.Best of luck to the owner. He is loosing many of like this because of that old employee.

I Wish there is Zero stars.I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Ruth. The Hopper I ordered, was undercooked and did not meet the basic expectations of taste and texture.When I called to make a complaint about the undercooked food, the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful.She even went so far as to abruptly hang up the phone on me. Shockingly, when I called back seeking resolution, she responded by saying, We don't want you to come anymore. You can come and take your money. We are not doing business for $6 dollars." This level of disrespect and dismissive attitude is completely unacceptable.This is my first time buying from them

Got the mutton banana leaf meal. The food was slightly cold and there were lots of pieces of fat in the mutton curry. The portion was very large however the flavour of the curries could be improved.

The owner lady who works there rudly hangs up phone on people. I heard this from multiple people(a few times on me). Good customer service in Canada! Sri Lankan people normally don't show this kind of attitude!

I was there yesterday for buy lamp rice. Really good customer service and fast. You don’t need to wait. Lamp rice so so good and tasty more than. enough for two people. Includes 13 items. Mutton and shrimp fry both r mouth watering. Really worth it for 14$. Highly recommend, u won’t get disappointed.

Their short eats are ok. Vada, vege roti are my fav. Dissapointed with the fish cutlet. Vege samosa is just fine. Patty curry is too spicy.

being a regular visitor needs to be honest here . Vada is real quality and fresh (5/5), Sri lankan Roti is really good but not always fresh as they reheat and sell you previous days ones which is a real shame . short eats fillings gets 1/5 , paratha is 3/5 and kothu roti 2/5 overall curry needs to get better and tastier . dosa gets 4/5 and hoppers gets 5/5 .String hoppers 3/5 , so on average i would give them 3/5 . make sure when purchasing that they give you fresh ones as once they did give me reheated previous day leftover .

Very bad customer service. They have flyers currently in the store saying $9 per kothu roti, so called to ask after buying since they charged me $11. The employee on the phone rudely asked if I had been in a coma all these years, and that the price had changed. He doesn’t know how to speak properly to customers. This is my first time buying from them, never again. Wait time was also long compared to other similar takeout places even after phone order. Food was average
