WORST SERVICE EVER! UNPROFESSIONAL & UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!I had a bed bug problem in my apartment unit in North Etobicoke, and I reached out to my property management (MetCap), and they arranged for Biochem to come on July 16th, 2021 to do a treatment. They provided us a to do list to prepare for the service, and my roommate and I were diligent at following it. Neither of us were there on the day, and I have been staying away from the apartment the last couple weeks because I have pets, and the bed bugs were mainly in my bedroom.I only discover on this past Sun, July 25th, 2021, when we received a notice for the 2nd treatment on Friday, July 30th, 2021, and a warning that we hadn't prepared the unit properly, which is a lie! When I spoke with a rep from the company today, they said we hadn't emptied the closets and the beds weren't turned upright, which were never on the to do list, which was written by Biochem.They also never left any notes in the apartment on July 16th to inform us that the treatment was never done, or that the apartment wasn't prepared, according to the exterminators.Absolute TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Never hire this company to get rid of bed bugs, and if a property management company (ex. MetCap), offers to hire them to treat your apartment, you should REFUSE!!!From, A Very Angry Tenant

the most unprofessional and incompetent people i have ever cpme across. Constantly look for reasons not to do a treatment. When they do a treatment it often doesn't work. Their actual knowledge on bedbugs and how to treat them is insufficient. Im begining to think they are a scam that work with building landlords to get old clients out.
