I have now been blown away! Christine and Brian and the installation teams are great. I have been a Napoleon user and loved it, then was a Regency CI2600 user for 9yrs and was better. Wanted a Regency again for our move to Huntsville and was convinced by the staff at Fireplace King to go with a Pacific Energy freestanding woodstove. It is a challenge to buy a woodstove that you have to actually trust the sales team and they have blown it out of the water. Have used unit steady for 3wks, glass is still clear as Regency used to get the horseshoe ring of buildup on the glass after 2 days. I am converted and hard to spend the money on a wood burning unit without trying and the PE is the best I have ever had after 25 yrs of burning good dry hardwood. I have never left a negative google review before, but I feel like I have to here. I was looking for a blower motor for my gas fireplace. I am an electrician, so I did my own research and found the part number for the exact part I needed. I even found several online, on multiple websites for $189. Each. I am a big fan of supporting local businesses, so I googled the closes empire dealer and it was FPK, I waited days to hear back for a quote, of the exact part number I gave them over the phone. They finally get back to me with a quote over $1300! Needless to say, I ordered online, and am happy with my blower. It seems like these guys are just out to try and take advantage of people who don't shop around.

Since March 2023 we have tried to get a quote for in floor heating. Even after completing a site visit this spring we cannot get anyone to call us back - we have called multiple times with promises of a call back - crickets. The individual working with us for our fireplace was amazing. It’s unfortunate she will lose a sale as we are taking or business elsewhere.

This is one of the worst experiences Ive had with any company. I asked for a quote from Christine on multiple calls and email follow-ups to be told she was working on it for weeks. She said that a spot would be held to complete the project. Quote was never recieved despite me even offering to place deposit to confirm an install date before winter. I was told they would hold an install date and the quote was on its way to many times to count. The installer who arrived to do the quote was fantastic, on time and showed interest though. If you're looking for a fireplace I highly advise to go somewhere else that's actually interested in doing the work.

Checking reviews to decide if this is the business you want to deal with?Fireplace King is not the business I would recommend for Service.Customer Service on the phone, getting an appointment for Service, parts being ordered in a timely manner, are not their strong suit.Four months, is how long we waited. Four months, and the response, oh well".If they don't care about keeping the business
