The show room employees lack of professionalism.Called earlier today to inquire about a chair and genuinely wanted to purchase the display model since the style was not in stock. I went into the store after being told the model is for sale and tried it in person. The show room staff went on an all-denial mode for everything that I said, the information I get from the staff are not only contrary with my understanding, but are also inconsistent with what I got over the phone. Eg. How on earth the adjustment for Aeron and Embody are similar to each other? How come they have no intention" to sell the display? Not going to shop there or ever visit with the doesn't give a shit manner of the staff.Btw I later visited EQ3 and RH

I came in looking to purchase bocci lights and was assisted by Scarlet and Albert. My partner and I were debating between 5 and 7 pendants for a 9ft ceiling in an apartment over a dining table that seats 4-5 people. Scarlett was adamant that 9 bocci pendants would actually be more tasteful. However, I was reluctant as I believed there wouldn't be enough distance for the pendant to hang down without cluttering them. My instinct was right as Albert gave us a visualization on the computer in which 7 pendants would work out best for our ceiling height.We were further given an estimate for the lights and were initially quoted $4480 and was told that they couldn't go any less than that. We were shocked at the difference as we were previously quoted $3710 plus 15% off from another boutique if we ordered before January 3rd due to the price increase. However, Albert stated that it was impossible for the other boutique to offer us 3710 plus 15% off and that we were misinformed as the price increase had already taken place, in addition to the other boutique being closed for the holidays as well. However, after we showed them the estimate, they surprisingly changed their response despite the fact that they couldn't go any less than that" in which Albert and Scarlett shuffled a calculator between each other

Beautiful high end furniture showroom carrying wide variety of luxury brands including Poltrona Frau, Minotti, MDF Italia, Molteni, Divani, Knoll, Herman Miller and more. Staff was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend as a starting point for luxury furniture needs.
