We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel10. The staff were accommodating, quick and very awesome.It was a bit loud in the hotel but considering you’re in one of the busiest areas in West Montreal, there to be expected. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves fortunate to return to Montreal. Thank you Hotel10!

Beware! NOISE from a full on nightclub below the hotel until 4am on a MONDAY night (the thumping DJ set ended at 3AM but the patrons continued their party until 4 in the street). The hotel has invested ZERO effort in soundproofing their rooms. This was not disclosed at check in or booking. It was a Miserable surprise. How they can justify charging the regular rate for a room above a nightclub and not at a Minimum warn the guests, is beyond me. The staff were apologetic but offered NO solutions. The front office manager Gerta was very nice about it when following up about the issue the day after we checked out and apparently the club is only open 3 days a week so you might be fortunate enough to avoid it. If you value sleeping or relaxation in a hotel, this is not the place for you. Aside from the noise, this place was all style and no substance. The rooms were basic, minimal amenities, and not worth the price. There are many better hotels on the same street that offer a much better experience.

Most of my stay was very enjoyable. Reason for poor review is the continental breakfast for a fee. I was not informed about a breakfast at all upon check in but seen the signs directing me to the breakfast spot as soon as I got off elevator(no signs state that a fee is involved) it looked like a very nice included continental breakfast so I had no issue scooping up the dug through eggs and taking the last dried out piece of French toast that I could only handle one bite of. But when I go up to leave a tip I get a bill for $27 (taxes in). Classic warm chaffing pan food that is fine for a free continental breakfast. Not horrible but definitely not good. Since they don’t technically have a name but also tell me their not affiliated with hotel even though they are located inside and you’re directed there from elevators then I guess the hotel receives the poor review..

Let’s start with the good, friendly staff and clean/modern rooms. Unfortunately the looks can be deceiving, the AC was unable to cool the room to the desired temperature in the 70s which resulted in me being unable to sleep without waking up. Once I was woken up I was unable to fall back asleep as the curtains do not block any light (photo is at 6am). At $250+ a night I would expect to have blackout curtains, especially in a downtown area where there is lots of light ‘pollution’.All the above issues were brought to the staffs attention in the morning and upon checkout. I was asked if I was staying another night as it sounded like they wanted to remedy the situation but once I said this was the only night the conversation ended there.If you want a nice looking overpriced hotel room and you plan on being out and not sleeping this could work for you but I feel at this price point you can do a lot better. I stay in hotels all around the world so this isn’t my first rodeo, and definitely should be better.

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. They compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure!I stayed a weekend in April. My wife and I loved this Gem. Great location, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Look forward to coming back.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The beds are on the softer side which I prefer.The cleaning ladies and superbly nice. The breakfast staff was also nice and helpful.The front desk staff has some terrible elements. My impression was they don't care and if they don't care why should I care about staying here.Do not recommend.

Typical hotel room, everything as expected with nicely updated bathroom. Concierge and staff were very attentive and helpful. Loved the adjoining café, and the location was perfect for us to visit Old Montréal and still get to other parts of the city. Valet and parking services were a bit complicated to navigate, but again, staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
