The employees in the office were very professional and were excellent with accommodations. My vehicle was originally supposed to be done in one day but I was later advised that my vehicle repair was incorrectly classified as an express repair and they would need an extra two days. The two days came and went and my vehicle was still not ready. Although the repair was not completed on time, which cost me extra out of pocket expenses, the staff were excellent and covered the cost for a larger rental vehicle and reimbursed my out of pocket expenses. My car was also beautifully clean inside and out when I got it back. They care about their customers, and for that reason I would take my vehicle here again.

Excellent experience and impeccable work. I was on holidays while my vehicle was being worked on and Liz stayed in daily contact with me, updating me on the progress of my vehicle. When I arrived home she had a courtesy car waiting for me near the airport. Now I know why she is rated so high on these reviews. If it hadn’t been for her things definitely would not have been as smooth. I will definitely go back there.

I’ve used Vickar Autobody twice now for MPI claims. I specifically deal with Nathan, and his service is incredible, but the reception is always lovely and so helpful as well. I would definitely describe the service as above and beyond what I would expect.Not only did they provide me with a rental vehicle, but they personally delivered it to my home when I was unable to pick it up. I was also able to get my winter tires on my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. It’s never fun having to fix a damaged vehicle, but they make the experience as painless and enjoyable as possible.I don’t hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.

I've now had to use their services twice now. First time was in February/March for collision damage. Second time was this past week for vandalism on my driver's door. Both experiences were amazing. They have done a great job on my car as if no damage was done in the first place. I greatly appreciate that my car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up.They were also accommodating and able to schedule me in for a quick touch up when I noticed something was missing.The staff up front are amazing and knowledge. At this point they've come to recognize me and are always lovely to speak with!Overall highly recommend their services.

Wow, absolutely impressed!!Although it did take a little longer for the repairs to be done, everything was completed making sure it was done right!The lady’s at the front desk were friendly and when I walked out to my car it was cleaned up beautifully; something I wasn’t expecting! Well done 10/10 would recommend!! And I never leave reviews but, I thought they deserve it at the very least :)

They were supposed to call me when my car was ready after a quick glass change and either didnt finish the job or forgot to call me. Now they are closed for the weekend. Guess that's why it is body shop" and not "service"Update- So I called them and they took my number down wrong but tried to call. Unlucky for me."

This was my first experience with Vickar Autobody & Glass and it was excellent. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff and prompt service. Special thanks to Anna Tuck for helping me with my vehicle! I will definitely visit here again.

Had them do an autopac claim. The young lady working the front desk was ok to deal with but the “service manager” was definitely not. I wouldn’t take my vehicles there if they were the last body shop on earth. The work they did was ok but they missed a few things and argued the fact with me. Zero stars for customer service. I gave 2 stars only because no one deserves only 1 and the receptionist was ok.

I got in an accident this winter. Really bummed out by the amount of damages I had to the car $8000 worth to be exact. Someone recommended Vickar Autobody and Glass. I am glad I went there. Ladies that run that department were simply amazing. They provided phone and text updates on the status of my repair. I had a situation where the rental car I received got had a piece of metal stuck in the tire on the way home. My rotten luck. Told the tire was not repairable and I had to cover the complete cost of the tire. However I spoke to the manager Lynn and she agreed to cover half the cost of the replacement tire upon picking up my repaired vehicle. Overall a great experience and the repairs done were excellent. Five Star service!

Took my car in for MPI repairs. Primarily dealt with Liz and she was perfect. Made the appointment for an assessment, she took and processed all the paper work. From there scheduled a time to bring my car back for repairs. When I dropped off the car, was eligible for a loaner and got shuttles over to Enterprise where they got me all set up. A few days later got a call from Liz to give me an update. 2 days later got another update from her. When the car was done Liz called with the news and also let me know the cost to me (which I might add was exactly what she’d told me up front). Everything went perfectly and was more than happy with the repairs. The crew at Vickar Auto Body did a great job repairing my car but wanted to point out the best part of the experience was how Liz handled everything. Her customer service skills in my opinion are top rated and I for one was thoroughly impressed. This repair shop comes highly recommended by me.
