Ordered onion rings, garlic wings, and cheese mussles and it was really good. The place is aesthetic pleasing. Really comfortable. Bubble tea were also quite good (got lychee bubble tea). I will probably come back again soon!Oh and the guy serving the food is also nice and friendly.

Cute little cafe that sells yummy snacks, late night food and bubble tea. It was my first time trying this place because of the Chinatown Dining Week participating restaurants. For the value and items we received during the visit it was pretty good. There was a steady stream of people eating in and also many people doing take out. Its a cosy restaurant so I wouldn’t recommend eating sit down unless you get a table. The food was tasty but i really liked their bubble tea. I would consider this place a good place for late night eats; and when i say late night they are open til 12:30am most nights, i could see myself getting bubble tea here. It has been open since 2000 thus, it is the first and longest running bubble tea place in Edmonton.When the boss first opened the restaurant, there was no bubble tea place in Edmonton. People had to go to Vancouver if they wanted to have bubble tea. Most people didn’t even know what bubble tea was. He chose to name the place Tea Bar Café because he wanted it to be easily recognizablePeople know for sure that they can get tea here and the added “bar” because they also have a liquor licence; at night it is a lounge where people can come for drinks, order snacks and even sing karaoke.

I love Tea Bar, I come here often with friends to hang out. The owner is a really nice, awesome dude who provides consistent, great service. The pricing is very reasonable for the variety of food and drinks that are offered (a lot!) and they open late on weekends, which is really nice when you want to wind down in a more chill environment.p.s: checking in June 2023, still a great place and in event if a zombie apocalypse you want the owner in your side cause he could literally craft up anything from a few ingredients.

Great convenient place for a quick bite. They were very customer friendly and the food and bubble tea was good as well. Pretty decent quantity and quality. Was happy with the food and treatment received here. Would visit again!
