The service is impeccable, friendly and knowledgeable. The products are great quality. 2of the 4 chairs in photo are 10 years old 2 are brand new. Can you tell??? I cannot. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent.

Disgusted at how poorly managed. My family was kicked out of the store for a family member who had a medical condition and couldn’t wear a mask. Masks weren’t even mandatory at this time either. Horrible service and very rude. Will not be supporting this business any longer. That was discrimination. Was offered to see the showroom outside (not sure if they were going to carry everything outside for us? Because books don’t help me see the actual product) but that doesn’t help my family member who has a medical condition and has the right to enter every public business.

We bought a new (old) home & our priority was to complete the patio in country chic. We started our patio furniture decision making in May. We purchased Ratana patio furniture for its quality & style. As the patio was completed end of July I put in a second order for furniture. Anne helped me with getting patio furniture selected & ordered over a two month period. She was always elegant, knowledgeable, patient & present. She came in on her day off to confirm an important piece of furniture was available at the warehouse before finalizing the initial order. She made sure we got timely delivery. This is the 3rd time we’ve purchased from The Wickertree patio furniture store. Always quality service & product. It’s worth the drive to Duncan BC from Victoria.
