Rexall

Today I pulled up to see a lady in medical distress falling outside of her wheelchair outside this Rexall. I went into the pharmacy and spoke to Aneri who was the pharmacist on duty. I told her what was happening and her answer was I keep checking on her I'm aware. The lady was clearly in distress with her meds falling out of her bag and almost falling out of her wheel chair. I think its diagusting that someone in the medical perfession would be aware and not call for help. I'm dispointed to see this is who we trust. There is nothing wrong with just making sure someone who looks like they need help is ok. Sad, ppl need to do better than this.

Pharmacy staff are excellent, Professional and Friendly. We had our Vaccination Shots we didn't have to wait our appointments right on time. The staff were great!

Dealt with the Pharmacy staff at this location. They went above and beyond to help us on Friday night. They should be recognized for their world-class customer service. Great job guys. Thank You.

They lose a couple of points because of the horrible front store rep working at the cash (The Chinese or Filipino/whatever Asian older woman) who is very rude, condescending in her attitude and has absolutely no understanding how to talk to customers or people in general. Of all working in a place that is customer service-oriented. People like that should be terminated for the betterment of the shoppers' experience at this store.

I will pass. Ladt at cash really upset with me because thet forget the sign and they didnt want to honor the prize. Asked ne if i am okay now like if it was my mistake. I am so okay i am not coming back.

My Rexall @ the SHN (3030 Lawrence Ave) is awesome. Pharmacists and staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is very convenient.

This place is so close to home for me but the pharmacy team is horrible!!! I called to ask if they would transfer me from the other location pharmacy for my meds..the girl who answered put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back as I was asking a simple question not rocket science they then picked up and hung up. I called back spoke to another girl who transferred my call to the pharmacist. I explained what happened and he started saying its covid times and they have a lot of flu shot plus not even hearing me out had to tell him theres no need to go back and forth and that I myself work in the medical field and do not use cocid as an excuse to keep someone on hold for so long !! He says mayvbe she went on break and forgot to transfer the call had I not hung up i would be on hold forever?! Come on take responsibility people !! I will not even go in for regular shopping anymore horrible service!!

Great service better than shoppers.

I rarely go to Rexall, but I popped in today because the shoppers line was huge (Covid 19), and I was impressed. SO many sales and they had everything that I wanted from shoppers anyways (and it was on sale). There was not one item on my list that they didnt have. The young lady at the cash was super friendly amd personable and the other customers were respectful and kept their social distance (unlike shoppers drug mart). I think I might switch to rexall!

Great pharmacy. Nice and attentive staff. The pharmacists actually care. They regularly update their information about the client, which is imperative when dispensing medication. I came from their huge competitor (u know who) completely exhausted from their constant mistakes, excuses of not receiving doctor's faxes, prescriptions not filled on time, etc. I can honestly say I have had only one issue, minor, here at Rexall, but it was handled professionally, didn't try to blame me or my doctor, and no problems since. If you can, switch to Rexall!!
