Jess, and the Carpet Spectrum team, was very supportive and helpful throughout the process. Jess was able to assist us with choosing just the right products and designs for our home. Their customer support stemmed from both at the showroom and in home visits. The in home visits wasn't only to measure. Jess came out seperately to go over the details and recommend options to make our renovation a success. Their pricing was competitive and tailored to fit our budget. We highly recommend them!

Carpet Spectrum is a hidden gem on Rt 21 in Marion. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy as we perused their carpet options. (We replaced carpet in 3 upstairs bedrooms). Then they recommended we take samples home because wow does it look different depending on the lighting situation. We made our selection and scheduled a delayed install (3 mo) and that was not an issue. Jeremy was our installer and he was professional, hard working and did an excellent job. Seams are invisible! We paid to have them move our master bedroom furniture and movers were very careful and respectful and checked to make sure they were putting it back in correct spot. We love our new carpet - what a difference with new padding and no squeaks! I would highly recommend Carpet Spectrum!

The Sales person Kristen and Jess explained all the Options for vinyl flooring in July. I chose a Hickory type wood look. Flooring was ordered and Arrived sooner than I expected. I removed the old Flooring and the install was scheduled in Sept. The installers were polite and kept the area clean. They made sure it was all done properly. Looks Great

The employees are knowledgeable and patient. They helped us pick out a rug and pad. Then when we found out the supplier had stopped making that color, they gave us time and space to research other options. Ultimately we ended up back at Carpet Spectrum because the price and quality of service couldn’t beat the competition. Additionally, they had a better memory foam pad to offer than the larger company we checked out! We bought a huge 26x14 area rug that was specialty cut and bound. The pad underneath has double sided vapor barrier and is so comfy for our needs. The quality is amazing and our family is so happy with the product. Erin followed up after the purchase to make sure we didn’t have any questions and that installation went smoothly. We definitely recommend this business to our family and friends.

Professional from start to finish!!Great selection and and incredible product knowledge. Friendly estimator and a quick accurate quote. Ordered carpet, we were told it would take 4-6 weeks to come in. 4 weeks later we got a call to schedule. Follow up call 2 days before install.Installers arrived exactly on time. Very friendly and talented installers. Flawless install!!Good old fashioned customer service is alive at the Carpet Spectrum.Great job!!
