Payne installed luxury vinyl floors in my investment property in Niagara Falls NY and did an excellent job for me and my family.

We would like to thank Jonathan and Bill for a fantastic flooring installation throughout our home. Payne’s Carpet Outlet has a great selection of flooring options and Jonathan guided me through choosing a great quality Shaw laminate that met our needs. Installation was professional and quick thanks to Ben’s expertise. We were very impressed with their great customer service and knowledge about their products. We have referred several friends and family to Payne’s Carpet Outlet. Our home is now complete with a gorgeous new floor thanks to Jonathan and Bill from Payne’s Carpet Outlet.

I have been coming here off and on for the past couple of years. My family and I own some rental properties in Niagara Falls, NY so we need carpeting from time to time. Payne's always has a great selection on remnants and the staff are very friendly. The job is always done correctly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent courteous staff, excellent prices, and most of all excellent installation

We had Payne’s Carpet Outlet do the flooring in the kitchen and sunroom, and they did the carpeting throughout the rest of the house. While they did a nice job, they also marred the molding in several places and left a very noticeable scratch / gouge in a wall, which now need to be repaired and repainted. Further, without asking for our permission, they used our basement to cut carpeting. Not only did they move exercise equipment and fail to put it back, but they also left a big mess! The other problem with using the basement is that we have a small office area with personal items. The workers should have at least informed us of this need, and we could have filed away these documents. It was a total invasion of our privacy. Therefore, between the damage done to the walls and molding, the mess that was left in our basement, and the lack of consideration for our privacy, we can not recommend Payne’s Carpet Outlet, and we give them a 3 star rating.

Jonathan and team here are amazing! They have been a staple in this community and my family and I have been buying from them for a long time! The carpeting is impeccable and long lasting. If you want a honest, well priced floor - definitely visit them!

I have never had a bad experience when dealing with Paynes carpet outlet. They are the only place you should go for carpet and flooring. I have gotten both flooring and carpet and both look amazing! They are professional and knowledgeable from the showroom when you order to the installation in your home.

Love Paynes! Every time we've needed flooring, they came out to be the cheapest and the best! We've used Paynes at two houses now. Most recently, they came and carpeted 2 bedrooms in a time crunch for us, and they just came and installed the most beautiful vynil floor in our kitchen!Great selection and we are happy to support a local family owned business. Price was $6000 less than other estimate. Amazing install job! Best I have ever seen. Highly Recommend.
