Natalie at the West 4th store is amazing, and she went above and beyond to help me sort out my Freedom account.Natalie was patient, understanding, and took the time and effort to find out what was happening with my account after the “Customer Service Team” had suspended my service.Natalie fixed the problem the “Customer Service Team” had created, and even called me back later in the day to make sure that everything was working correctly.Freedom Mobile…please hire more people like Natalie, and have them train your “Customer Service Team” and educate them on what true customer service is all about.If it was not for Natalie I would no longer be a Freedom customer, and it is nice to see that excellent customer service can still be found.

Nice manager, assistant manager & staff. Good plans for the price. Busy & only allows couple customers at a time so it seems like a line up to get in & get help but that is more of Covid safety issues.

The employees were helpful. However the store itself is quite unfriendly to customers. Heavy awkward entry doors, heavy plexiglass in front of the counter. No seating, no washroom, no anything remotely comfortable. A cleaner who appears and wipes down counters around you, silently.We were there two hours, buying a new phone, transferring plans, data, etc.So, a quick in out works. More than 5 minutes and I would search out a better designed store or use Online shopping if possible. Whoever designs these places has no thought for who ever is so unlucky to enter to admire walls lining up display phones.

I called ahead to confirm they had the phone in the right colour and size in stock. They confirmed and said please come right away as it’s first come first serve, no holds possible.I rushed down to the store, spent two hours setting up all of the paperwork etc. and then was told I couldn’t have the phone because it been placed on hold for another customer?!?So now I need to go to North van for the phone that’s been on hold for Stacey for a number of days??? They refused to call Stacy or transfer another phone for the hold so that I could have that one. Not very good customer service...I hope Stacy enjoys the phone that’s been waiting for her for a number of days outside of their NO HOLD POLICY. Pia, perhaps your team needs a review on how to keep customers happy?

First off, this is not about the store, but the FM telephone customer service. My wife and I arrived yesterday in Europe. There is no signal on our phones. We called customer service from a local landline and after a one-hour call, they concluded that (i) our FM SIM cards don't work in Europe (ii) the only way we can have our phone lines restored while we are in Europe is to have a friend in Vancouver purchase FM SIM card and courier them to us.I explained to the customer service supervisor that (i) it is a major problem for us that our phones are not working (having our phone lines is vital for managing banking and security as well as keeping in touch width work); (ii) this is entirely FM's fault: there is no warning by FM about the possibility that our SIM may not work in Europe and even when I contacted FM asking for advice about our European trip, they did not mention that we should take new SIM cards with us to Europe.The customer service supervisor told that all she could do is to give a $30 discount as compensation - no help with restoring our lines and no consideration of couriering new SIM cards to us.
