I must say the service here was excellent! They were very patient with me (Mathieu and Kevin) and worked with me to get the best deal. I also had to be a little patient because I saw that they were busy with other clients. Definitely referring them to my friends.

Today I took the time to call this dealership and inquire about a van they had for sale. I explained that I'm over 1 hour drive and wanted to know the condition of the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was very clean with no rust, clean carfax and has passed a full inspection. I took the 1.5 hour drive down after work to take a look at the vehicle. Immediately it was apparent that the vehicle in fact had a lot of rust, some covered up with fresh white paint, some overspray on the black trim panels. The LR fender flair was held on with 1 clip, every panel looks like its been spot blasted then painted with a rattle can, The windshield is cracked, the e-brake cable on the LR side is hanging down, The drivers door falls down 2 inches when opened and hinges have play,both rear wipers are damaged. The underside of the vehicle looks like its been sitting in a farmers 5 years. I left without test driving the vehicle or talking to anyone. Waste of 3 hours. Not an honest business

You have to inspect your vehicule before or you'll have a nice surprise!!!!

I would absolutely buy from Kevin again! I traveled hours from another province because they had the best price in Canada on the model I wanted. I was expecting to be disappointed due to the price but it was in amazing condition.I wanted to drive it home right away but Kevin convinced me to give them time to inspect it since they just got it and he wanted to ensure any issues were fixed. They ended up fixing a few minor things that they didn't have to and they could have sold as is. They gave me well over $1000 of parts and labor that they didn't have to.Kevin also took the time to explain many features of the car making sure I understood. He even explained some of the negatives and things to watch for and maintenance tricks.It's great to see a business that goes out of their way to be great to customers even when they could easily make more money.

This place is by far one of the BEST in have ever dealt with in terms of getting a car I was looking for. We were coming from out of town and while talking on the phone Mike sent us the address by text without even asking him which really help navigating properly as we were cutting close to closing time. Then we made it by closing time of the place, Kevin Robert still helped us and we were able to get the vehicle in a impressive speed. They also helped us inspect the car after the purchase for future maintenance and switched the car battery for us kindly without us asking for extra service. Also helped us printing other paper work for insurance. Price was very reasonable and all questions were answer very effectively, carfax was provided. They didn't rush us or pressured for the sale even after hours. All and all very pleasant experience and really outstanding.

Amazing service, honestly so happy i came here. Found my dream car for the cheapest price. And the best thing is their honesty. From my experience a lot of car dealers will yry to hide things but they gave me all the information i needed about my new Toyota. Thank you SO MUCH.

Drove 5 hours to buy a vehicle “with no rust” and “super clean on the outside”. Arrived to a truck with multiple coin sized rust spots.

Just purchased a cargo van off them. They delivered it to Ottawa for me . Good people , honest and fair. Highly recommended!!!!
