Geneva is really skilled at her trade. She's was able to reduce a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders which indirectly helped manage some of the tinnitus I've been experiencing over the last year. But her work goes beyond the session: she goes above and beyond by answering questions and helping navigate some of those self-exercises she may prescribe to do on your own time. I've been really happy with the quality of care and would not hesitate at all to recommend her to anyone seeking massage therapy treatment.

Since day one, Geneva has made me feel at ease, through her strong knowledge adding her friendly demeanor. She has mainly worked on lower back and shoulders. Geneva understands the body very well and will give me recommendations on different exercises to support my healing. After a neck/upper back injury, I had been going to a chiropractor each month for years. Thanks to Geneva, that has been reduced to once every few months. Geneva is passionate, professional and very effective. She communicates well and does an excellent job of explaining what is injured and how to correct the issue. She is wonderfully helpful in recommending additional health care practitioners to work together with different modalities for the best possible outcome. She treated my back pain in three sessions that had been chronic for eight months and is making progress in restoring mobility to a ten year old ankle injury I thought might never move properly again. Would highly recommend.

I have been Geneva’s client since last year and she has been amazing in assessing and massage therapy, so I will definitely keep seeing her in future. She is great at explaining the anatomy of muscles, etc for the client to get the idea of what the condition is and what her plan is to treat.I had a back pain a few months ago and only after one session the pain was gone. Geneva is an excellent massage therapist and I'd highly recommend her. She possesses all the qualities of a first class therapist - she's extremely client-focused with outstanding interpersonal skills. Geneva is very quick to assess and respond to the client's needs - I was very impressed how quickly she was able to find and treat my trouble spots. She applies deep pressure that is always just the perfect amount - even though she's mindful to check if it's too much or too little. Her knowledge of the muscular system is vast yet she communicates to her clients in a way that's easy to understand. Geneva creates a relaxing environment and every session I have had with her has been a fantastic massage therapy experience.

Geneva has to be my favourite RMT, hands down! She’s strong and can work my knots like no other RMT I’ve ever met. She’s so thorough in the assessment process, working hard to understand my lifestyle and activity level as a part of her problem-solving strategy.
