Scott helped us a great deal when we wanted two different size tires installed on our all-wheel drive vehicle. Had we not taken his expert advice we could have caused significant damage to our vehicle. Great service.

Previous visits have always been wonderful. However this week was very upsetting. The woman that I had to conduct business with was extremely rude.I was lectured over my request to use a washroom, my bill was not discussed prior to payment. I'm unclear about what I paid for. Also a request to price a part was ignored, I was told to contact another business. Her tone of voice and her demeanor left me regretting having booked my appointment. In the future I will search for a business who respects their customers. She made me feel unwelcome.

This is by far the best shop i have taken my vehicle to. I don’t even live in eckville but it’s worth the drive and i will always be getting my tires from them. They go above and beyond to help me with my vehicle needs. I whole heartedly trust them and highly recommend coming here for tires and other vehicle maintenance/fixes.

This is a family run business at it's core. Charlotte, Scott & team are always keen to assist. They are extremely busy out of this location and it's because of the personal relationships they create and the excellent work they do. We greatly appreciate the team at Sparrow's Auto Services Ltd. and love the ability to support local. We will be back again very soon!

Excellent and supper amazing service. A very friendly and helpful staff. I was broke down in Sylvan Lake and when I called them for help they came right away and towed me back to there shop. I would recommend there services to anyone. I will continue to use there services. Thank you so much.
