We have had great service from Westcoast Plastics. We did have one hiccup where we were charged for an incorrect pick up and it was resolved before the next billing cycle. We have used Westcoast plastics for many years. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Our company did not have a pleasant experience with Westcoast Plastic. Honestly and reliability are important when building a business relationship. This company lacks it. I am shocked the leadership doesn't step in, clearly this type of experience has been pointed out in previous google reviews.

Great business with friendly staff. The guys there will help to educate you on recycling and if there's something they can't recycle for some reason, they'll make the effort to help you find the right choice.Pick up service is extremely helpful too!

2/5⭐ Difficult to deal with - have tried phoning, emailing and the online request on their website. I will give them another star if they ever actually come to pick up the plastic recycling at my business.Update: lost a star and my business. Repeatedly no call, no showed on their pre-scheduled pickup. Every missed pick up, my inquiry was answered with next week". Eventually they showed up but we as a business have had to now choose a different company to work with."

These guys send out random billing for no pick ups. I signed up for paying when picking up only. $10/month a few years ago. Since then they have increased my charges, added fuel surcharges, environmental fees, etc., charge for non pick ups. Their accounting department is so disorganized too.

Only good things to say about Westcoast Plastic Recycling. We have used them for 5+ years for soft plastic pickups and styrofoam and haven't had any issues with their services. Kudos to their team!
