I highly recommend Maggie. She is thorough, personable, professional, genuine, and good at her job. After just one session, I was able to lay down without crying from being in excruciating pain. Her online booking platform is also very user friendly.

Iv had back, hip and abdominal pain for months. After other medical intervention failed to help me I heard about Osteopathy and decided to give it a go. Maggie was very friendly, knowledgeable and keeps a very clean environment. Iv had about 5 sessions and I started to experience improvements after my 1st visit. There are no words to express the relief I have found with Maggie! I have been on a very long road. I have been in physio, massage therapy and acupuncture for over 3 months with absolutely no relief. I have had upper back pain so excruciating that I was on pain medication every 4 hours simply to be able to function. I couldn't work, I was almost bed ridden for months. As a last resort it was recommended I try Osteopathy. I am SO glad I found Maggie! With no exaggeration at all, after the very first treatment I was able to sleep through the night without waking up with pain. After the second treatment I was down to NO pain medication during the day at all! Maggie taught me how to re-align my posture, and even fit me in twice a week until we get this under control. After thinking that I would never get rid of my pain, Maggie has given me the relief I've been looking for, for months!

I have seen an osteopath for many years but I decided to try Durham Osteopathy because it was closer to where I live. Wow what a huge difference I had in one treatment. I had breast cancer and I get a lot of lymph build up at the side of my breast. Maggie was able to drain the lymph and it didn’t fill back up for weeks. That was the first time that ever happened. Also after my first treatment Maggie told me I maybe tired. I am not someone that gets tired easily but man oh man I was so tired when I got home I had to have a nap. Maggie is very professional and kind. She is also very good at what she does. I would highly recommend her.

I liked their website. It was most informative and showed the history of Osteopathy and the amount of schooling and years of study that went into becoming an Osteopath.. For years I went to a chiropractor, but the adjustments I receive at Durham Osteopathy are by far superior. Very pleased with progress I am making . Maggie VanLuven is great and I would strongly recomend her and her techniques.

Maggie is a wonderful, respectful and caring professional. I believe that with her osteopathic treatment I have less pain and more mobility than I would have with just physio alone. Any person would benefit from her treatment and would feel a difference in just one visit. I would recommend osteopathic treatment to anyone who may have pain and mobility issues.

Maggie is excellent at what she does. Each time I leave my appointments with her, I am astonished at how much better I feel. She provides excellent care and is extremely attentive and she takes the time to explain the why behind what she does.
