I have been coming here for a few years and the service is great. I appreciate that they can direct bill my insurance company and take care of the paperwork. I'm currently using Invisalign trays and they have provided clear instructions and guidance. I know exactly when to change my trays and my dentist is available by phone or email if I need to get in touch. They remind me of appointments by email and text. If I don't respond to those, they also follow-up with a call so I don't miss them. They took extra measures to protect patients from COVID and screen everyone coming in. I will continue to recommend the great service at Applewood.

Applewood is the best dental clinic around! I've been going there for over 15 years and have happily referred loved ones there. ...I have complicated dental needs so I am not an easy patient for any dental clinic; despite that, I have always received exceptional care by everyone at Applewood! ... Dr. Robert Lenisky is a fantastic and dedicated dentist. Ashley is a terrific hygienist too. They and all the staff are all just so friendly and caring as well! ... You can bet that the measures they've taken to protect and assist both patients and staff during the pandemic are also above and beyond!

I’m a 16 year old who usually doesn’t care much about service in general. But my goodness, this clinic has absolutely amazing service, and they really make their patients feel welcomed and comfortable. I was overhearing a conversation between a doctor and patient (didn’t listen to what they said), just that the doctor was seemed so nice and made the patient feel so comfortable through thoughtful conversation. As someone who is coloured and wears a hijab i usually don’t feel welcomed, or comfortable in places where there are doctors and such but this place was very nice. Especially the doctor, I don’t remember his name but he’s so nice and really just seems like he genuinely cares about his patients, and wants to change lives. I love this place 10/10.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lenizky for a very long time. The knowledge, and professionalism that he and his staff impart is second to none. Their care, whether is be for a routine cleaning or a more significant procedure is always the best. Honest, empathetic, informative, understanding, thorough, caring, and friendly are all qualities that I would use to describe the service that I have received at Applewood Dental Centre in Waterloo.

Applewood is a welcoming place. You will be treated with respect and with professionalism. Competence is highly valued at Applewood. Your concerns will be heard and responded to in a timely way. My Hygienist and my Dentist make me feel like dental issues will be addressed. Aside from that they are excellent people to interact with.
