I did my G test today and passed. Yes its my first attempt. The weather condition is like fully rain day. Initially I was hesitate about raining and all but after multiple try before going into the test gave me more comfortable. If we discuss about staffs, they are very cool and supportive throughout the process.

This was the bestest service Ontario I have ever been to. This is the second time here and these girls are just great , they have smiles and are efficient. Thanks to them I'm on my way again.

I recently went to Service Ontario Smiths Falls. The lady with short Grey hair was probably the rudest person I have ever encountered in Customer Service in my life. I myself work in customer service and have been around every personality type. This woman Should NOT be working with the public. She needs a job with zero interaction with the public After she had had huffed and hummed and given me many dirty looks simply because my health card was up for renewal a month before and in her opinion I should of done this LONG ago. I have a full time job and 3 children to take are of. So sorry my timing didn't work for her. Then when taking my photo she began talking about me loudly so myself and everyone else in the place could hear... telling the other lady how That Girl' (meaning me) came in and needed to renew her own and her sons card and how they were due for renewal "MONTHS" ago "she didnt have his birth certificate" with a scoff (it was actually was due 4 weeks ago) I had explained to her that I didn't have my sons birth certificate and was lucky to even have my old health card and my own Birth Certificate because My wallet was stolen out of my van a week before! She had no right to judge me like that and make a spectacle of me by telling the other girl all about how awful it was that I didnt have this ID and didnt come in on time to renew. She was speaking of me in such a rude manner

Operator #2 and #4 closed up the SERVICE ONTARIO at 4:56 p.m. when they had us at the door. We had driven in from our cottage to register our daughters vehicle and tried to explain this through the glass. The older gray haired woman began to shut the blinds on us while the dark haired middle aged woman at the desk shook her head NO to letting us in. It would have been acceptable had it been after 5:00 but in fact both the radio and our cells told that they were closing shop up early with clients at the door. If you are looking for client service at SERVICE ONTARIO Smith Falls don't expect to be given this treatment at all. Won't be going back anytime soon for any further services from this location. Best to drive to where they have people who are client oriented.

The Smiths Falls Service Ontario is pitiful. Patti...the grey haired lady was so rude and unprofessional it amazes me she is even allowed to work there. I've been dealing with hundreds of service centre outlets around this amazing Province and this bitter woman who refused to give me her name is the epitome of RUDE. Read the rest of these reviews and you'll see it's not a one time event. I only got her name from a customer in line. Her supervisor should be giving her some time off.

I just want to know since I lost my g2 drivers licence but passed my g test on Friday can I still renew my g licence without having to show my g2 that I don't know where the hell it is? If so what can I use to prove that it's me will a health card with my pic and info on it help?

Stop changing the hours & if you post your hours of service BE THERE until your posted closing time. I’ve been going non stop as a truck driver thru COVID all essential service people only have posted hours to rely on. If you don’t want to be there until your posted close time work at McDonald’s.

When going for your g license. cancle your road test immediately if you are informed that the driving instructors name is John. Completely unprofessional and rude, he will look for any excuse to fail you and has zero intentions to pass you. I understand with the covid pandemic it's not easy to get in to do your road test.

This service Ontario in Smith Falls is the worst for customer service and assistance for the general public. The lady in the short grey hair should be fired from here. Very rude, short temper unco-operative. This is not the job for you if you can't address and deal with customers from all walks of life. The poor reviews speaks volumes of this location.
