These guys are great. I am very impressed with the whole team at Surepoint.Andrew has been very prompt, patient, thorough and competitive in finding the best solar solution for our home. Andrew had all the bases covered very quickly (permitting, Net metering application and approvals).Graham arrived at site fully engaged with the plan I had worked out with Andrew. Graham was able to find very effective cable route from my roof to the Inverter and from the inverter to the electrical panel (two floors down). The interior installation was completed in a day and looks very professional.Both Andrew and Graham are very knowledgable about the Solar products and have been very helpful in explaining how the equipment works.

I used Surepoint including Corey (PM) and his team to complete the electrical for a new home build. They were very organized, thorough, and tidy in their work. They were also very helpful in trouble shooting any issues as they arose. I found it really helpful that they kept the same team on site throughout. Great team at Surepoint! Highly recommend their team for your electrical needs, they've worked at my place a couple of times and they are now my go to when I need work done.

Surepoint did the electrical hookup for our heat pump and I could not be more happy. The heating consultant at 360 (another great company) said we could save some money if we had the electrical done by someone who knew our electrical. I had Andrew (Regional Manager) contracted to do some work when he was with Green Coast Electric (Now part of Surepoint Group). They did my panel upgrade and generator panel install and did an amazing job. So when this job came up I reached out. The 360 consultant quoted that if they did the electrical hookup it would have costed 2000 dollars. Surepoint saved me about 1200 dollars with the cost coming in at about 800 and change for the hookup. Amazing employees, active in the community and I appreciated them these past few weeks with the power outages. My generator hooks right into my electrical, it hooks up to my gas line and the work those guys did made it easy to work. 360 / super plumber did the gas hookup of course but the employees who are now with Surepoint did all the electrical. My wife works at the hospital here in Duncan and mentioned that Surepoint donated a bunch of toys and art supplies to the pediatric department for the kids. This is a Canadian Company that develops local interests and employs local workers. My house is now much more energy efficient, has beautifully set up backup power and is ready for when I eventually want to add some solar power to my house. I'll be back when it's time to add solar and can't wait to see what these guys do.

Jordan and the group at Surepoint did an amazing job. They did a service upgrade to my home upgrading 100amp to 200amp service. As well, installed my EV charger. Everything was completed on time and on budget. They team worked fast and did a very good job. They coordinated everything with BCHydro and communication during the project was amazing. I fulling recommend this team!

Tom and his team of professionals went above and beyond to make sure we were happy by being extremely efficient to communicate with and complete the service upgrade ahead of schedule. They also provided a complimentary solar system estimate for our home. I will highly recommend this company for any electrical needs.
