Was good courteous service was there earlier this evening was very good. Nice to have something hot on such a cold day. Thanks for all the good work I sure enjoyed my coffee and muffins.

Early bird may get the worm but definitely not the coffee. This is NOT 24 hour!! I keep trying to edit hours but “Business confirmed the hours” doesn’t open until 4am on weekdays and 6 on weekends.

On my way to Truro I passed in here for lunch and I have to say, I had one of the rudest interactions with staff I thought possible. A young girl took my order in the drive-thru with so much attitude I could barely believe what I was hearing. Upon picking up my food, she Aggressively shoved it into my hands, glared at me, gave a snarly “have a nice day”, then shut the window in my face. One of her coworkers called for her, I believe her name was Kira . Really ashamed of this Tim’s location for letting their staff behave like this, totally unacceptable in my view and I am usually very tolerant of people having their bad day.

I'm a truck driver I stop at the depart Tim Hortons frequently and I can tell you those young people in there are really on their toes and got things going excellent service and number one in Attitude I salute all those Tim Horton workers.

Night shift workers get bare minimum for food choices, sandwiches had the wrong sauces, no hot food, had hash browns but hot and hard, and could not get the hot drink I wanted. I barely go here but wanted to treat myself. This place never fails to disappoint me and the fact it takes so long to get your order when we have only half hour lunch.

We stopped by on a road trip to get coffee. The woman at the counter yelled that we couldn't park where we did because it was a loading zone. My husband went to move the car. My nephew and I stood at the counter to order. The lady ran into the back, and never came back out. The other 2 men were working the drive thru. So we left because no one would serve us. Terrible customer service and very dirty bathrooms if I could give zero stars I definitely would.

This is beside a distribution centre. Depending on how many trucks are around, you may have a hard time spotting the drivethru. Otherwise service was friendly and fast!

Coffee was good, there was a nice girl who seemed to be getting trained. However there seemed to be some toxicity in the work environment, as the second time I ordered I was taken by another girl with some serious attitude. When I mentioned she forgot part of my order she seemed to take it VERY personally. Still, the first girl was very pleasant so overall a good experience.
