I have had a positive experience with Deco Homes for my recently closed townhouse on May 26th, 2022. The townhouse is beautiful and has very good quality. Only a few issues were found during the PDI and the first 30 Days. The team always responds to my email as fast as they can. I recommend that future buyers consider Deco Homes. Attached is my new home (renovation is ongoing).

We just had our PDI for our home yesterday. After a long two years, it was definitely worth the wait! We are so happy with our new home and are very exciting to move in.Julie was amazing! We met Jordan through DECO homes when we were in the process of buying our new house. and he was so kind and understanding with us. He was very kind, honest, respectful, and a true professional. We are happy with good quality of workmanship . There were deficiencies in 30 days . Service team has been forwarded concerns for action . Hope they will work promptly to resolve the issues to my satisfaction as per their reputation.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience with the team at DECO homes. We had such an amazing experience with Diane Selin during our decor appointment in July 2021. Diane was very patient with us, and answered all of our questions. She was extremely knowledgeable providing us with her expert insight and guidance as we designed our home. We recently completed our PDI with Maddalena who was also a pleasure to work with. She provided us with great detail about our home and shared gems with regards to maintenance. From the beginning, DECO Homes was a pleasure to work with. Their sales team was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. We were pleasantly surprised at how many choices were available at their decor centre for us to choose from. Diane did an amazing job helping us to put together complimentary colours. We met with Rocco during our frame walk-through appointment, and he was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Maddelena went through our home to complete our PDI with us, and she was wonderful to deal with. She was very thorough and explained all of the mechanical components of our home in detail.
