Poor service. I will go elsewhere for my printing needs. Prior to giving a large company print job, I thought to try out the service with a basic task. I spoke to Kevan in the store. Pleasant individual. I had a 1 page PDF and needed 250 copies. Kevan said it would take an hour and to email it. I emailed on April 14. Today is April 18. I got neither acknowledgement of email receipt, nor notification of when the job will be ready for pick up. I phoned. He had no idea who I was or what I was talking about.

We had the best experience printing files. Sent the files and voilà, picked up prints in neat white boxes. As repeat customer, transaction is consistently hassle free.

Staff is polite,Printing quality is ok,I am printing double-sided flipping card, I made two version of digital files for print, bring my mock-up version to show, and tell the staff I DONT want to flip the way my mock up does, I want them to be flip another way. They seems understand but ended up still print the exact wrong style that I don’t want.A bit disappointment with the experience and no action taking to try to make it right for the customer. I believe it won’t cost that much to make a reprint and lamination but simply just a harsh “no” is disappointing.

Great service and treats their customers well! We have been printing with this company for our business catalogs for years and pricing is reasonable. Turn around time is great!

Great price and service! Alex and the store manager are friendly and professional, they even give suggestion on design formatting! I sometimes sent in order by email, and they also provide quote quick & service very efficient! And they never charge me the additional $3 service fee, like Staples does.They do have minimal charge range from $1 or $2 depends on the service, so make sure to check the the price list on the wall to avoid surprise.I am so happy to find this place for all my printing need…. Much better service and price than Staples.** ( unless you only need to print couple pages of black and white, or an Amazon label, and you don’t want minimal charge , then , maybe staples self-service will save you 50 cents)**

Whenever I have gone to this print shop, I have experienced outstanding customer service in a timely manner. The self-serve copying equipment is in excellent working order and clean. If you encounter a problem, the staff are quick to resolve it. They have a broad range of services available. including over-sized printing and laminating, which are often hard to find. I highly recommend you bring your business to them.

I had small items for my wedding printed here (table numbers, photobooth signs, etc) and they went above and beyond to make it perfect! They were super quick with the service, their price was awesome, and the extra touches they added was a very unexpected surprise! I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking to have items printed for your special events.

Phoned into inquire about the printing fee for black and white printing per page. They quoted me 15 cents. I arrived inside and told them I want to print some pages from my USB key they pointed to the printing station. I struggled a bit and asked for help. The staff told me you can do it yourself. Finally I figured it out. It was close to their closing time so I don't want to cause further delay that's why I asked for help. I paid 50 cents per page as there is a minimum charge of 1 dollar (the staff never told me on the phone plus another 50 cents for paying with my card. Owner said the fee is posted on the wall....yes on a small A4 paper far away from the printing station that someone has to bend over to see it.I'm not impressed. Should have go to Staples instead. Basically none of this was their fault I'm just a customer walking in for the first time and feel like they should have been more honest and willing to help. They won't ever get my business again.

Absolutely love this place. They are very efficient, helpful and friendly. They finished sending my documents via fax in just couple of minutes. I will definitely come back

Very convenient store for getting your printing needs. They do range of printing services and have very friendly and polite staff.They also take passport photos.Their printing quality is very high and provide with excellent and affordable pricing.
