What could anyone dislike about a purely altruistic vet, which doesn't charge their clients a dime and operates on a volunteer basis? Connie is amazing. 5 stars for Connie!

If your low income, have pets and can't afford going to the vet for ANYTHING, then this is the place for you. Got all 3 of our cats spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and microchipped for under $200 total. Absolutely amazing and caring staff that love your animals as if they were your own. Plus this is the first time our cats have gone to a vet and come back happier than when they showed up!!! So all in all a really great place!!

I'm grateful to everyone who donates their time to help pet owners and animals in need of assistance. I'd say it's a bit different compared to a regular vet. Which makes communication a bit more difficult, especially if you have questions (you can't go in either, so for a more nervous pet, this can be a bit scary for them). Overall, if you're low income, it's a good resource to have. I did find that some people weren't very friendly, which I was a bit put off by personally, but I still recommend if you're in need.

Many heartfelt thanks to the wonderful folks at AHAS, l had to say goodbye to my fur baby that was with me for 20 yrs. Hobo was born wild and I caught him when he was about 5 weeks old. He was with me just about everyday, saying goodbye was a hard thing to do but had to be done. Again many thanks for all those who were with him at the end.

WOW!!! just wow, this group is an amazing group of people!! they saved my girl under poor odds!! I am so grateful to them. They kept me up to date and just wow is all i can say and thank you so much. You all have HUGE hearts!

Please donate if you can! They really do care and try their best to help the pets. They saw my dog and helped her with her needs. Very gentle and understanding staff. I'm very thankful for the services They provide.

This organization is incredible, they have been assisting me with my kitty companion, Luna's vet care, which normally would be unaffordable. Thanks guys!
