If you are looking for a drone whether its professional, semi-professional, industrial or toy then this store is what you are looking for. Very well informed about prices, specs and release dates of all drone series. Well equipped with knowledge of drones and its capabilities. Owner Nabeel dealt with me offered me discount on accessories which no other company did. No store will let u fly a drone in their store but this store has a proper net place for drone test. Love every bit of this place.

I purchased a DJI Mini 3 Pro from DJI Shop Canada. It has an issue with hi-rez satellite maps being cached. Corporate DJI support wanted me to ship it to them for repair, but Daniel, the store manager at DJI Shop Canada, sent me a replacement drone and a shipping label to return the original drone. Unfortunately, the problem existed in the replacement drone as well. Hopefully a firmware fix for the future.Daniel was very helpful and communicated often while the matter was being resolved. DJI Shop Canada is friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I'll buy Canadian again in the future.

I spoke with Daniel when I stopped by, he was absolutely wonderful. I bombarded him with question about all the DJI products and he answered all of them flawlessly. I was under the impression I ruined one of my sensors in my Phantom 4 Pro. He swiftly showed me it was a calibration issue and fixed it himself on the spot. As well, he gave good guidance on what to do regarding getting DJI Care and the steps involved. Genuinely, I have never ever been more satisfied with the help provided. This is the only DJI store I've been to, but it is indeed a phenomenal one.

Had a great experience with Daniel at the DJI store in Vaughan. The shipping company did not deliver my product on time, and I was traveling and needed the product before then. Daniel was able to provide the product I needed before my travel and made sure that the shipping company returned the original product ordered. Additionally, he did everything he could to ensure that the shipping company refunded the shipping charges, as the delay was entirely the shipping company’s fault. Daniel was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend visiting this store for all your DJI electronic needs!
