Ontario Tax dollars funding the operation of VPI, staff and other equipment they have all being wasted. Flushing our money down the toilet with VPI staff having little motivation except to sign you up as clients to continue getting funding from the Ontario Government. A true disgrace.

Would give this company 0 stars, but option not available. Waste of government funding. They don't offer any help, and the staff are not motivated in their work. Lady at front desk is more focused on her Facebook than the people coming in needing help. Recycle the same jobs over and over again. Horrible experience overall. Go to COSTI, YMCA, YES, anything is better than this company.

I would give 0 star if that is an option. The lady called me today without concerning I was at work and was not able to talk immediately about the job opportunity. I was doubting how it could be sponsored by government as she sounded very unprofessional and rude. I wanted her to explain more about the background of the organization but she said I need to go as there are other clients waiting for me

This place had the most unprofessional level of service I have ever experienced ever! They have no clue what they are doing very rude and itrogant. The lady I meet there I think her name was Judy or something like that she was older had white longer curly hair. She has absolutely no idea in the slightest in customer service. I do not reccomend going there you will get nothing.

While rigorously searching for a job after finishing my school, I happened to visit the VPI Richmond Hill division where I met Joan, the career specialist. I was directed towards the right way to approach any job opening and skills required to deliver the right message by proper resume and cover letter. The services that were provided: training, workshops on resume/interview prep and guidance to get you back into school were phenomenal...the case worker I had was amazing and would recommend their services to anyone who is struggling to find employment or going back to school to get you back into the work force.
